Bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung anschließend gut auf, damit sie Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Bei Weitergabe des Reprostativs bzw. der Führungssäule geben Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung bitte mit. 1. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Die Reprostative bzw. Führungssäulen RSP 2motion und RSP Xtra sind als Haltevorrichtungen für Kameras konzipiert. Sie finden ihren Einsatz beim Reproduzieren von Vorlagen oder bei der bildmäßigen Erfassung von Objekten aus (meist) senkrechter Aufnahmeposition. Verwenden Sie das Reprostativ bzw. die Führungssäule nur wie in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und kann zu Sachschäden oder sogar zu Personenschäden führen. Das Gerät ist kein Kinderspielzeug. Kaiser Fototechnik übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen oder falschen Gebrauch entstanden sind. 2. Sicherheitshinweise Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise: WARNUNG! Achten Sie bei der Höhenverstellung immer darauf, dass der Kameraträger oder die Kamera bzw. das Kameraobjektiv nicht mit einer Person, dem Aufnahmeobjekt oder einem anderen Gegenstand in Berührung kommt. Trennen Sie das Reprostativ bzw. die Führungssäule bei Nichtgebrauch und Reinigung vom Stromnetz. Die Geräte (Reprostativ/Führungssäule, Fernbedienung, Schaltkasten, Kabel) dürfen nicht in die Hände von Kindern gelangen. Nehmen Sie die Geräte bei Beschädigung des Gehäuses, Steckers oder Kabels nicht in Betrieb. Die Geräte dürfen nicht auseinander- oder umgebaut werden. Eine Instandsetzung der Geräte darf nur von Fachkräften durchgeführt werden. VORSICHT! Verwenden Sie das Reprostativ bzw. die Führungssäule nur mit Ausrüstungsteilen, die dafür vorgesehen sind. Betreiben Sie die Geräte nur in trockenen Räumen. Halten Sie Wasser und andere Flüssigkeiten sowie brennbare Stoffe von den Geräten fern. Verwenden und lagern Sie die Geräte nicht an Orten mit extrem hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit oder an extrem heißen Orten. Setzen Sie die Geräte nicht für längere Zeit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus. 1. Zusätzlich bei Reprostativ RSP 2motion (5710): - Aufstellfuß (6) mit Sockel (5) - 4 Schrauben M8x100 mit Unterlegscheiben A8,4, zur Befestigung des Sockels (5) am Aufstellfuß (6) 1.2 Reprostativ und Führungssäule RSP Xtra (5711/5709) - Führungssäule (1) mit Kameraträger (3) sowie Anschlag (35) - Schaltkasten (11a) und Kabelfernbedienung (19) für Kameraträger (3) - Netzkabel für Schaltkasten (11a) - 4 Schrauben M8x100 mit Unterlegscheiben A8,4, zur Befestigung der Führungssäule (1) im Sockel (5) Außerdem sind je ein Innensechskantschlüssel SW2 (2 mm), SW3 (3 mm), SW4 (4 mm), SW5 (5 mm) und SW6 (6 mm), eine Dose Spindelfett sowie ein Anschlussgewinde für Kameras mit 1/4"-Gewinde beigepackt. Zusätzlich bei Reprostativ RSP Xtra (5711): - Aufstellfuß (6) mit Sockel (5) - 4 Schrauben M8x100 mit Unterlegscheiben A8,4, zur Befestigung des Sockels (5) am Aufstellfuß (6) 2.1 Reprostativ und Führungssäule RSP 2motion (5710/5708) Schieben Sie die Haltestreben (39) der Arbeitsplatte (4) von vorne auf die seitlichen Führungen (43) am unteren Laufwagen (2b) (Abb. E) und befestigen Sie sie auf jeder Seite mit jeweils zwei Schrauben (40) mit Unterlegscheiben (Abb. F). (Evtl. muss dabei eine zweite Person die Arbeitsplatte an der vorderen Kante etwas anheben.) Dann lockern Sie die beiden Fixierschrauben (42) mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm und drehen die beiden Exzenter (41) mit dem Gabelschlüssel 16 mm, bis die Exzenter an der Unterseite der seitlichen Führungen (43) anliegen. Ziehen Sie anschließend die beiden Fixierschrauben (42) wieder fest. Zum Laufwagen (2a) des Kameraträgers gehört der Schaltkasten (11a) mit der Kennzeichnung ,,A", zum Laufwagen (2b) der Arbeitsplatte der Schaltkasten (11b) mit der Kennzeichnung ,,B". Stecken Sie die Stecker der Spiralkabel (9a) und (9b), die von den Laufwagen kommen, in die entsprechende Buchse (15) am Schaltkasten (11a) bzw. (11b) (A in A, B in B). Die Kabelfernbedienungen (19) schließen Sie an der Buchse (14) an den Schaltkästen an. Die beiden Kabelfernbedienungen sind identisch. 2.2 Reprostativ und Führungssäule RSP Xtra (5711/5709) Stecken Sie das Spiralkabel (9a), das vom Laufwagen (2a) kommt, in die Buchse (15) am Schaltkasten (11a). Die Kabelfernbedienung (19) schließen Sie an der Buchse (14) an. 3. Inbetriebnahme Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Typenschild des Schaltkastens bzw. der Schaltkästen (11a, 11b) angegebenen Betriebsspannung übereinstimmt. Stellen Sie dann mit dem/den Netzkabel(n) die Verbindung zum Netz her. Schalten Sie den Schaltkasten bzw. die Schaltkästen mit dem Schalter (13) ein. In eingeschaltetem Zustand leuchtet der Schalter rot. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob die Geräte durch äußere Einwirkung entstandene Schäden aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall sein, so nehmen Sie die Geräte keinesfalls in Betrieb. 2. Montage Bitte beachten Sie: Bei Teilen, die mit mehreren Schrauben befestigt werden, müssen Sie zuerst alle Schrauben locker eindrehen, bevor Sie sie anschließend festziehen. Führungssäulen RSP 2motion und RSP Xtra (5708/5709): Die Führungssäule (1) kann mit der Wandhalterung rePRO (5614) an einer tragfähigen Wand befestigt oder im Sockel rePRO (5610) auf einer geeigneten Unterkonstruktion montiert werden. Reprostative RSP 2motion und RSP Xtra (5710/5711): Montieren Sie den Sockel (5) am mitgelieferten Aufstellfuß (6) (Abb. C). Befestigen Sie dann die Führungssäule (1) im Sockel (5) des Aufstellfußes: Stecken Sie die Führungssäule (1) so von hinten in den Sockel (5), dass die beiden Stifte im Sockel in die entsprechenden Bohrungen in der Führungssäule kommen. Befestigen Sie dann die Führungssäule im Sockel (Abb. D). Prüfen Sie die Verbindung Säule-Sockel auf festen Sitz. Stellen Sie gegebenenfalls das Reprostativ an die dafür vorgesehene Stelle und richten Sie die Säule (1) mittels der höhenverstellbaren Füße (7) mit Hilfe einer Wasserwaage senkrecht aus. 4. Kamerabefestigung Der Kameraträger (3) ist für alle Foto-, Fach-, Film-, Videound Fernsehkameras bis zu einem Gewicht von 10 kg (bei RSP 2motion) bzw. 15 kg (bei RSP Xtra) geeignet. Befestigen Sie die Kamera mittels des Anschlussgewindes am Kameraträger (3). Das serienmäßig montierte Anschlussgewinde 3/8" kann gegen das beiliegende Anschlussgewinde 1/4" ausgetauscht werden. Dazu lösen Sie (z. B. mit einem Geldstück) die Schraube (26) und ersetzen das 3/8"-Gewinde durch das 1/4"-Gewinde. Das Anschlussgewinde kann in drei unterschiedlichen Höhen (28a, 28b, 28c) am Kameraträger (3) befestigt werden. Zum seitlichen Verschieben der Kamera lösen Sie die Feststellschraube (25). Ziehen Sie die Feststellschraube nach Verschieben der Kamera wieder fest. Zum Justieren und Verschwenken der Kamera kann der Kameraträger (3) um jeweils maximal 90° nach unten und oben gedreht und in jeder Position fixiert werden. Gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor: Sichern Sie mit der Hand die Position der Kamera und lösen Sie die Feststellschraube (31). Richten Sie die Kamera aus. Verwenden Sie dabei zum feinfühligen Verstellen den Feinjustage-Griff (38). Ziehen Sie anschließend die Feststellschraube (31) wieder an. Die senkrechte Stellung des Kameraträgers (3) können Sie mit Hilfe der Wasserwaage (27) im Kameraträger überprüfen und durch Eindrehen der 5710_Bedien_Sondervariante_1123.qxp_5710_Bedien 07.11.23 14:06 Seite 7 Fixierschrauben (32) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verstellen sichern. Verwenden Sie dazu den Innensechskantschlüssel 4 mm. 5. Höhenverstellung Die Höhenverstellung des Kameraträgers (3) und der Arbeitsplatte (4) bei RSP 2motion erfolgt motorisch über die Kabelfernbedienung(en) (19). Auf- und Abwärtsfahrt mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit erreichen Sie durch Drücken der Taste s (16) bzw. (18). Für hohe Geschwindigkeit drücken Sie zusätzlich die Taste (17). Die Unterseite der Fernbedienung(en) ist magnetisch und haftet daher beispielsweise an der Arbeitsplatte von 2motion (5710/5708). An der Führungssäule befindet sich ein verschiebbarer Anschlag (35), der als unterer Anschlag für den Laufwagen (2a) des Kameraträgers (3) oder bei RSP 2motion als oberer Anschlag für den Laufwagen (2b) der Arbeitplatte (4) genutzt werden kann. Lockern Sie vor dem Verschieben des Anschlags die Feststellschraube (36) und ziehen Sie diese anschließend wieder fest. 6. Horizontale Verstellung des Kameraträgers Zur horizontalen Verstellung des Kameraträgers drehen Sie an den Verstellkurbeln (30). Mit den Blockierschrauben (29) können Sie die eingestellte Position fixieren. 7. Wartung und Pflege Alle beweglichen Teile sind so ausgelegt, dass eine regelmäßige Wartung nicht erforderlich ist. Bei häufigem Gebrauch sollten Sie die Spindel (10) von Zeit zu Zeit mit dem mitgelieferten Spindelfett einfetten; ebenso bei stärkerer Geräuschentwicklung. Verwenden Sie nur das Kaiser Spindelfett (Best.-Nr. 000561200027). Sollte(n) der/die Laufwagen (2a, 2b) Spiel bekommen, können Sie diese(n) neu justieren. (Bitte machen Sie von dieser Möglichkeit nur im Bedarfsfall Gebrauch.) Gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor: Lockern Sie mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel SW4 (4 mm) an beiden Seitenteilen des Laufwagens die zwei vorderen Fixierschrauben (34). Dann ziehen Sie die vier Justierschrauben (33) an der Frontseite mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel SW2 (2 mm) gleichmäßig nach. Achten sie darauf, dass Sie die Justierschrauben nicht zu fest anziehen. Abschließend ziehen Sie die Fixierschrauben (34) wieder fest. 8. Sicherungswechsel Der Schaltkasten bzw. die Schaltkästen (11a, 11b) sind mit einer Sicherung ausgestattet. Vor dem Sicherungswechsel ist der Netzstecker zu ziehen. Nach dem Herausziehen des Sicherungshalters (12) können Sie die Sicherung austauschen. Verwenden Sie nur die vorgeschriebene Sicherung. 9. If this is the case, do not take the devices into operation. 2. Assembly Please note: If parts have to be fastened with several screws, you must first loosely screw in all screws before tightening them. RSP 2motion and RSP Xtra Columns (5708/09): The column (1) can be attached to a wall with a load-bearing capacity using the rePRO wall mount (5614) or can be mounted in the rePRO base (5610) on a suitable substructure. RSP 2motion and RSP Xtra Copy Stands (5710/5711): Attach the base (5) to the column foot provided (6) (fig. C). Then fasten the column (1) in the base (5) of the column foot: Insert the column (1) into the base (5) from the rear so that the two pins in the base are inserted in the corresponding holes in the column. Attach the column to the base (fig. D). Check if the column is firmly attached to the base. If applicable, move the copy stand with mounted column foot to its destined position and align the column (1) vertically with the help of the height-adjustable feet (7) and a spirit level. 2.1 RSP 2motion Copy Stand (5710) and Column (5708) Slide the support struts (39) of the base board (4) from the front onto the side guides (43) of the lower carriage (2b) (fig. E) and fasten them on each side with two screws (40) with washers (fig. F). (It may be necessary that a second person lifts the base board slightly at the front edge). Then loosen the two fixing screws (42) with the 6 mm hex key and rotate the two eccentrics (41) with the 16 mm open-end wrench until the eccentrics are in contact with the underside of the side guides (43). Subsequently retighten the two fixing screws (42). Control boxes (11a, 11b) for the carriages are marked "A" (for camera carrier carriage) and "B" (for the base board carriage). Connect the supply cables (9a) and (9b) to the respective sockets (15) of the control boxes (11a) and (11b) (connect A to A and B to B). Then connect the (identical) cable remote controls (19) to the sockets (14) of both control boxes. 2.2 RSP Xtra Copy Stand (5711) and Column (5709) Connect the supply cable (9a) to the socket (15) of the control box (11a) and the cable remote control (19) to the socket (14). 3. Initial operation Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage given on the type plate(s) of the control box(es) (11a, 11b). Then connect the control box(es) with the mains lead(s) to the mains. Switch on the control box(es) with switch (13). The switch will light up red. 4. Attaching the camera The camera carrier (3) is suitable for all photographic, professional, film, video and television cameras up to a weight of 10 kg (22 lbs.) (RSP 2motion) resp. 15 kg (33 lbs.) (RSP Xtra). Fasten the camera by means of the mounting screw to the camera carrier (3). The standard fitted 3/8" mounting screw can be replaced by the 1/4" mounting screw included. To do this, undo the screw (26) (e.g. with a coin) and replace the 3/8" screw by the 1/4" screw. The mounting screw can be fitted in three different height positions (28a, 28b, 28c) on the camera carrier (3). Undo the locking screw (25) to move the camera sideways. To adjust and tilt the camera, the camera carrier (3) can be tilted upwards and downwards by a maximum of 90° and fixed in any position. Proceed as follows: Secure the position of the camera with your hand and loosen the locking screw (31). Align the camera. Use the fine adjustment handle (38) for sensitive adjustment. Then retighten the locking screw (31). The vertical position of the camera carrier (3) can be checked with the aid of the spirit level (27) on the camera carrier, and fixed to stop accidental movement by tightening the fixing screws (32). This is done with the 4 mm hex key. 5. Height adjustment The height of the camera carrier (3) and the base board (4) (RSP 2motion only) is adjusted by a motorized drive and controlled by the cable remote (19). To move upwards and downwards at low speed, press button s (16) or (18). For high speed also press button (17). The bottom of the cable remote(s) has a magnetic surface and thus adheres to the base board of 2motion (5710/5708), for example. The column is equipped with a movable dead stop (35) that serves as a lower stop for the camera carrier carriage (2a) or an upper stop for the base board carriage (2b) of RSP 2motion. Release the blocking screw (36) prior to moving the dead stop and tighten it again. 6. Horizontal adjustment of the camera carrier Turn the adjusting cranks (30) to set the camera carrier horizontally. Maintenance and care All the moving parts are designed to operate without regular maintenance. If it is frequently used, grease the spindle (10) from time to time with the grease supplied, also when becoming more noisy. Use only the Kaiser spindle grease (no. 000561200027). If the travelling carriages (2a, 2b) show play, they can be readjusted. (Please only do this if necessary.) Use the following method. Undo the two front fixing screws (34) on both side parts of the travelling carriage with the SW4 (4 mm) hex key. Then tighten up the four adjusting screws (33) on the front evenly with the SW2 (2 mm) hex key. Make sure you do not overtighten the adjusting screws. Then tighten up the fixing screws (34). 8. Changing fuse The control boxes (11a, 11b) are equipped with a fuse. Before changing it, pull out the mains plug. After pulling out the fuse holder (12) you can replace the fuse. Use only the specified fuse. 9.
