Assembly Steps
Adult assembly is required. Set aside at least 40 minutes for assembly. Keep children away from small parts, sharp edges, and points during assembly. Ensure all parts are identified before assembly and retain packaging until complete.
- Install the back wheels: Turn over the car body. Remove nuts and washers from the rear axle. Install the gear box to the side and connect the wire connector. Place the driving wheel onto the rear axle, followed by washers on both sides, and fasten with nuts. Fix the wheel hub.
- Install the front wheel: Remove nuts and washers from the front axle. Install the gear box to the side and connect the wire connector. Place the driving wheel onto the front axle, followed by washers on both sides, and fasten with nuts. Fix the wheel hub.
- Install the steering wheel: Connect the steering wheel and gauge board middle connector. Press and hold the button on the steering wheel and install it to the corresponding place. Ensure the line plug is correctly placed to avoid pinching wires.
- Connect the power supply: Plug the wire connector into the motor connector. Plug the power connector into the terminal on the battery.
- Install Seat A: Install Seat A to the corresponding place and fasten with screws.
- Install Seat B: Install Seat B to the corresponding place and fasten with screws.
- Install the windshield: Press the windshield downward to fix it.
- Install the rear view mirror: Push the two rear view mirrors according to the direction of the arrow until they fit into position.
Important Note on Wheel Installation: Maintain a small gap between the screw thread and the wheel after assembling wheels to the axles. If the gap is too large, add washers. Ensure the wheel turns smoothly after tightening the nut; over-tightening can damage the motor.
How to Operate Your Vehicle
Safety First:
- NEVER leave child unattended. Direct adult supervision is required.
- Keep child in view when in the vehicle.
- Never use in roadways, near cars, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools, or other bodies of water.
- Always wear shoes and sit on the seat.
- Suitable for ages 3+ years; Maximum user weight is 30kgs.
- Not to be used in traffic.
- The battery is not replaceable.
- Always wear a helmet and protective clothing when riding.
- Keep children within safe riding areas.
- Use the toy only on flat surfaces (e.g., inside your house, garden, or playground).
- Never use in the dark.
- Do not drive on wet surfaces or slopes greater than 15 degrees.
- Do not use outdoors when it is raining or snowing.
- Come to a complete stop before changing directions.
- Follow correct weight and age limits.
- Do not change the circuit or add other electric parts. Inspect wires and connections periodically.
- Ensure the vehicle is safe before riding. Keep children away from moving wheels.
- Use the adjustable play seat belts and instruct children on their use.
Operation:
- Ensure the power switch is turned on.
- Forward: Set the "Forward and Reverse switch" to "▶" position. Press the pedal.
- Stop: Remove foot from the accelerator pedal.
- Reverse: Set the "Forward and Reverse switch" to "◀" position. Press the pedal.
- Music: Turn on the general power switch. Push any music button to play music.
- Speed Control: Turn on the "FAST and SLOW Switch" to control the speed.
IMPORTANT: Always stop the vehicle when changing speed or direction to avoid damage to the gearbox and motor.

Remote Control Instructions:
- Load two AAA (1.5V) batteries into the remote control.
- Turn off the power switch on the vehicle.
- Hold down the "◀" and "▶" keys for 3 seconds to start matching the code. The first LED will flicker. Turn on the vehicle power switch. The red indicator light will stop flashing when the code is successful.
- Key Functions: "S" sets speed (1 LED = low, 2 LEDs = medium, 3 LEDs = high). "▶" = Forward, "◀" = Back, "Left" = Turn Left, "Right" = Turn Right. "P" key is for brake (all LEDs flicker).
Sound System & Battery Indicator:
- Storage device slot
- Mode button: Switches between music play mode and smart connection mode (for mobile sound source).
- Music Button: Press to play music.
- Volume Control: Decrease (-) and Increase (+) buttons.
- Power Display: Shows battery power and charge level.
Charging Your Vehicle
ONLY AN ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY!
- Use only the rechargeable battery and charger supplied with your vehicle. NEVER substitute with another brand.
- Do not use the battery or charger for any other product.
- NEVER modify the electric circuit system.
- Do not allow direct contact between battery terminals.
- Do not allow any liquid on the battery or its components.
- Charge in a well-ventilated area ONLY. Explosive gasses are created during charging.
- NEVER pick up the battery by the wires or charger. Pick up the battery by the case ONLY.
- Charge the battery in a dry area ONLY.
- Battery posts, terminals, and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds. Wash hands after handling.
- Do not open the battery or charger.
- Do not drop the battery.
- Before charging, check for wear or damage to the battery, charger, cord, and connectors. DO NOT charge if damaged.
- Do not allow the battery to drain completely. Recharge after each use or once a month if not used regularly.
- Do not charge battery upside down.
- Always secure the battery with the bracket.
Charging Procedure:
- Find the charging input socket below the seat.
- Turn the POWER SWITCH to the OFF position.
- Plug the charger port into the input socket.
- Plug the charger plug into a wall outlet. The battery will begin charging.
Charging Protection: When charging, all functions will be cut off.
Charging Time:
- Before first use: Charge for 8-12 hours. Do not exceed 20 hours.
- After each use or monthly: Recharge for 8-12 hours. Do not exceed 20 hours.
Note: Charger may feel warm during recharging, which is normal.
Troubleshooting Guide
- Problem: The vehicle does not run
- Possible Cause: Battery may be low on power. Recharge the battery.
- Possible Cause: Thermal fuse has tripped. The vehicle has a self-resetting fuse (under the seat) that cuts off for 5-20 seconds when overloaded or operated incorrectly. Avoid overloading, driving up steep slopes, driving into fixed objects, or driving in very hot weather. Do not tamper with the electric system.
- Possible Cause: Wheel nuts are loose. Tighten the nuts with the wrench.
- Possible Cause: Battery connector or wires are loose. Ensure connectors are firmly plugged in.
- Possible Cause: Battery is dead or old. Battery may need replacement.
- Possible Cause: Electric system is damaged (e.g., by water or debris).
- Possible Cause: Motor is damaged. Requires professional repair.
- Problem: The battery will not recharge
- Possible Cause: Battery connector or adapter connector is loose. Ensure they are firmly plugged together.
- Possible Cause: Charger is not plugged in or the outlet has no power. Ensure the charger is plugged in and the outlet is functional.
- Possible Cause: Charger is not working. Check if the charger feels warm. If not, it may need replacement.
- Problem: The vehicle does not run very long
- Possible Cause: Battery may be undercharged. Ensure charging for the recommended duration (8-12 hours).
- Possible Cause: Battery is old. Batteries have a limited lifespan; replacement may be needed.
- Problem: Battery buzzes or gurgles when charging

Maintaining Your Vehicle
- Parents are responsible for checking main parts of the toy before use. Regularly examine for potential hazards like damage to the battery, charger, cable, plug, or screws. Stop using the toy if damage is found until repaired.
- Ensure plastic parts are not cracked or broken.
- Occasionally lubricate moving parts (e.g., wheels) with a lightweight oil.
- Park the vehicle indoors or cover it to protect it from wet weather.
- Keep the vehicle away from heat sources.
- Recharge the battery after each use or at least once a month.
- Do not wash the vehicle with a hose, soap, or water. Do not drive in rain or snow, as water can damage the motor, electric system, and battery.
- Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth. Use non-wax furniture polish for shine on plastic parts. Do not use car wax or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not drive in loose dirt, sand, or fine gravel, as this can damage moving parts, motors, or the electric system.
- When not in use, turn off all electrical sources, the power switch, and disconnect the battery.
Disposal Of Battery
- Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
- Do not dispose of the lead-acid battery in fire, as it may explode or leak.
- Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in regular household trash. Disposal in this manner is prohibited by law.
- Return exhausted batteries to a local approved lead-acid battery recycler.
- Contact local waste management officials for information on environmentally sound recycling and disposal.
