Getting Started
Power On/Off
Power On: Earbuds turn on automatically when removed from the charging case. Power Off & Charge: Earbuds turn off and begin charging when placed back in the case.
Pair with Bluetooth
Remove earbuds from the case. They will automatically turn on. The right earbud will automatically connect to the left. The left earbud will prompt 'pairing' tone, and its LED indicator will flash green and blue. Note: You have 3 minutes to pair with your device before they exit pairing mode. Place them back in the case to re-activate pairing mode.
On your device, turn on Bluetooth, go to the Bluetooth menu, select 'T1', and pair. You will hear 'Connected' when pairing is complete. Note: The left earbud connects to your device, and the right earbud connects to the left earbud.
Best Fit & Sound
Try all included ear tips to find the best fit and optimal sound. A correct fit is achieved when you get a complete seal, the ear tips feel comfortable, and you experience the best sound quality and volume.
Insert the earbuds with the eartip directed towards your ear canal. Twist gently until they fit comfortably and feel secure. Incorrect wearing can affect the earphone signal and microphone performance.
Tip: You may need different sized ear tips for each ear to achieve the best seal and sound.
Controls
Music Playback
- Press once: Pause/Resume track.
- Double-press: Skip to next track ⏭️.
- Triple-press: Go back to previous track ⏪.
Call Management
Use the master (left) earbud for call functions.
- Answer/End Call: Press once to answer an incoming call or end a current call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call ❌.
If you are on a call and receive another:
- Press MFB once: End current call, answer new call.
- Press and hold MFB for 2 seconds: Answer new call, place current call on hold.
- Press and hold MFB for 2 seconds: Switch between active and held calls.
Note: All call audio is heard in the left earbud only.
Charging
Charge the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charging case. The earbud's green indicator light ? turns on while charging and turns off when fully charged ✅.
Charge the Case
Connect the charging cable to the case. The case's blue indicator light ? will breathe while charging ?.
Status Indicators
Battery Level Indicator
The earbuds will announce 'Battery low' ⚠️ every 20 seconds when approximately 5 minutes of battery life remains.
Earbud Status Lights
- Charging: Steady green light (while case shows breathing blue light).
- Full Charge: Light turns off (case breathing light also turns off).
- Pairing: Blinking blue and green ?.
Case Status Lights
- Charging: Breathing blue light ?.
- Full Charge: Steady blue light (turns off after unplugging).
- Battery Low: Blinking blue ⚠️.
Battery Information
Note: The internal battery is designed for the product's lifetime and should only be removed by a certified recycling facility. Attempting to remove or replace the battery will damage the product and void your warranty.
TWS Pairing (Left & Right Earphones)
- Place both earphones back into the charging case.
- Remove both earphones from the case.
- Ensure neither earphone is connected to any devices.
- Double-click the main button on the left earphone. You will hear 'Pairing' ?.
- Press and hold the left earphone's main button for 3 seconds. You will hear 'TWS searching', and the indicator light will flash blue and green.
- Double-click the MFB button on the right earphone. You will hear 'pairing'.
- Wait until you hear 'TWS Connected' ☑️ from the right earphone. Pairing is complete.

Safety
Safety Instructions for Use
To prevent hearing damage, maintain a moderate volume level. Avoid listening to music at high volumes for extended periods, as this can cause permanent hearing damage or loss. Do not use the T1 earbuds when it is unsafe to do so, such as while operating a vehicle, cycling, crossing a road, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention and ability to hear. Note: Audio may be slightly out of sync with video when using the earbuds.
Safety Warning
Please disconnect the USB cable after charging ?. The product should not remain plugged in for charging for extended periods. Use a charger or adapter with an output voltage and current (max) of 5V/1A or 5V/1.5A, along with the original charging cable, for charging the product. If the charger's output voltage and current exceed these requirements, it will cause severe damage to the product and void the warranty.
