Repeater Mode Setup Guide (via phone)

1. Step 1: Plug the WiFi Extender into an outlet near your Router (Recommended within 20 feet). Wait 1 minute for it to boot.

2. Step 2: Open and enable WiFi on your phone or PC settings. Search for the network name "Extender-2.4G-xxxx" or "Extender-5G-xxxx" and connect to one of them.

3. Step 3: Wait for the management page to pop up automatically. If not, open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and type 192.168.0.254 in the address field, or scan the QR code provided.

4. Step 4: After accessing the page, enter the default password "admin" and click LOGIN. If access fails, ensure you are connected to the correct SSID "Extender-2.4G-xxxx" or "Extender-5G-xxxx" and that "a" in admin is not capitalized.

5. Step 5: Enter the software management interface and click "Repeater Mode".

6. Step 6: Click "2.4GHz" OR "5GHz" (2.4GHz is suggested).

7. Step 7: Select the existing network you want to extend. If the network does not appear, click "SCAN" and try again.

8. Step 8: Enter your router's password in the password field and click "Next" Setting.

9. Step 9: Confirm the configuration information is correct and click Apply. Wait approximately 40 seconds for the configuration to complete; do not power off the device during this process.

10. Step 10: Wait 40 seconds and reconnect to the new expanded network. The default expanded network names are "router name-2.4G-Ext" or "router name-5G-Ext". Enter the same password as your router network to connect and access the internet.

Congratulations! The WiFi Extender has been set up and you can go online.

NOTE: For example, if the SSID of your main router is "My WiFi", it will expand to "My WiFi-2.4G-Ext" and "My WiFi-5G-Ext".

Repeater Mode Setup Guide (via WPS button)

1. Plug the WiFi Extender into an outlet near your Router (Recommended within 20 feet). Wait 1 minute for it to boot.
2. Press the WPS button on your main router for 1-2 seconds.
3. Press the WPS button on the WiFi Extender for 2-3 seconds within 30 seconds. The Work Indicator Lights will remain flashing.
4. Wait 1 minute and reconnect to the new expanded network. The expanded network names are "router name-2.4G-Ext" or "router name-5G-Ext" by default. Enter the same password as your router network to connect and access the network.

HOW TO RESET THE WIFI EXTENDER

1. Plug the WiFi Extender into an outlet.
2. Wait 1 minute for it to boot.
3. To reset the WiFi extender, locate the reset hole on the device. Insert a card pin into the reset hole and press and hold for 5-7 seconds until the indicator light blinks to restore the factory settings.

Troubleshooting

1. My device won't connect to the extender:

• Make sure the device is on the same network and band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
• Note: WiFi-enabled devices vary widely. Some off-brand devices may not recognize premium quality extenders due to their technological limitations.

2. My WiFi says connected but I have no internet connection:

• Check that the router's WiFi is actively working.
• Try restarting the router.
• You may have entered the wrong password.
• As a last resort, try restoring factory settings by using a card pin to press the RESET hole for 5-7 seconds and set up again via mobile phone.

• IMPORTANT: All WiFi extenders are designed to increase or improve WiFi coverage in areas with weak signals from your router, not to increase WiFi speed.
• According to the laws of physics, WiFi Extenders will always be slower than your existing router because the extender splits its bandwidth between the router.
• Based on over 350,000 sold units, the extender may not be effective or may not work in approximately 3% of cases due to interference or incorrect setup. If you are experiencing issues, contact customer service.
• If you are unhappy with the product, a full refund or replacement will be provided. You can keep the old product to avoid the hassle of shipping it back.

1. Keep the device away from water, fire, humidity, or hot environments.
2. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. Contact Shenzhen Shenshui Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. for service.
3. Do not use the device where wireless devices are not allowed.
4. The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
5. For pass-through devices, plug power strips into the integrated electrical sockets of the devices. Devices of the same or another type should not be stacked in normal use.
