Handling of common issues

  1. If the indicator does not light up after turning on, check power sufficiency or connect to a 5V/1A power supply for charging (approx. 3-4 hours).
  2. If there is no sound from the microphone, check if it's powered on, in the correct mode, or if the volume is adjusted.
  3. If the speaker lacks reverb, ensure the reverb switch is on.
  4. If there is noise in the microphone, it may be due to ambient noise, signal interference, or the microphone being too close to the speaker. Re-adjust the microphone's direction.
  5. If Bluetooth playback is interrupted, check Bluetooth distance, obstacles between the mobile phone and speaker, or signal interference. Move the phone closer and avoid obstacles.
  6. If Bluetooth cannot connect, check distance, obstacles, or if another phone is connected. Move the phone closer, avoid obstacles, and disconnect other phones.
  7. If it cannot be charged, check the charger's normality and if the charging port's red indicator light is on.
