Assembly Steps

IMPORTANT: Do not fully tighten screws until all screws are in place. Use the 6-lobe driver with L-key inserted and fully tighten all fasteners using this configuration.

1. Attach the front stabilizer to the rear frame using four 3/4" (1.9 cm) PN 2233 screws.
2. Attach the rear stabilizer to the rear frame using four 3/4" (1.9 cm) PN 2233 screws.
3. Attach the seat post to the frame.
4. Attach the crank arms to the flywheel.
5. Attach the footplates to the crank arms.
6. Attach the handlebar post to the frame using six 3/4" (1.9 cm) PN 2233 screws.
7. Attach the handlebars to the handlebar post using two 3" (7.62 cm) PN 1267 screws.
8. Attach the device holder bracket to the handlebar post using one 3" (7.6 cm) PN 1268 screw and one PN 1271 fastener.
9. Attach the device holder to the bracket using two 1/2" (1.3 cm) PN 1299 screws.
10. Attach the resistance cord to the flywheel.
11. Attach the seat to the seat post using one 3 1/4" (8.3 cm) PN 1224 screw and one PN 7120 fastener.
12. Attach the pedals to the crank arms.
13. Attach the slide rail/wrench PN 7104 to the frame.
14. Attach the pedals to the crank arms.
15. Attach the resistance mechanism to the frame.
16. Attach the flywheel cover.

How to Use the Device Holder

The device holder allows you to mount your smartphone or tablet to the BikeErg.

• Insert your device into the holder.
• Loosen the knob to slide the rail up or down.
• Important: Tighten the knob when the device is in place.
