Operation of buttons

1 ON/OFF Button This button turns the air conditioner ON and OFF.

2 MODE Button Press this button to modify the air conditioner mode in a sequence of following:
AUTO COOL DRY HEAT FAN

NOTEPlease do not select HEAT mode if the

machine you purchased is cooling only type. Heat mode is not supported by the cooling only

appliance.

5 TURBO Button Active/Disable Turbo function. Turbo function enables the unit to reach the preset temperature at cooling or heating operation in the shortest time(if the indoor unit does not support this function, there is no corresponding operation happened when pressing this button.)

Push this button to increase the indoor

temperature setting in 1oC increments to 30oC.

DOWN Button(

Push this button to decrease the indoor

temperature setting in 1oC increments to 17oC. NOTETemperature contol is not available in Fan mode.

7 SHORTCUT Button
Used to restore the current settings or resume previous settings. On the first time connecting to the power, if push the SHORTCUT button, the unit will operate on AUTO mode, 26OC, and fan speed is Auto. Push this button when remote controller is on, the system will automatically revert back to the previous settings including operating mode, setting temperature, fan speed level and sleep feature(if activated). If pushing more than 2 seconds, the system will automatically restore the current operation settings including operating mode, setting temperature, fan speed level and sleep feature(if activated ).

8 TIMER ON Button Press this button to initiate the auto-on time sequence. Each press will increase the auto-timed setting in 30 minutes increments. When the setting time displays 10.0, each press will increase the autotimed setting 60 minutes increments. To cancel the auto-timed program, simply adjust the auto-on time to 0.0.
9 TIMER OFF Button Press this button to initiate the auto-off time sequence. Each press will increase the auto -timed setting in 30 minutes increments. When the setting time displays 10.0, each press will increase the auto-timed setting 60 minutes increments. To cancel the autotimed program, simply adjust the auto-off time to 0.0

10 Swing Button Used to stop or start vertical louver movement and set the desired left/right air flow direction. The vertical louver changes 6 degree in angle
, for each press. And the temperature display
area of indoor unit displays for one second. If keep pushing more than 2 seconds, the vertical louver swing feature is activated. And the display area of indoor unit displays

Used to stop or start horizontal louver movement or set the desired up/down air flow direction. The louver changes 6 degree in angle for each press. If keep pushing more than 2 seconds, the louver will swing up and down automatically.

12 LED Button Disable/Active indoor screen Display. When pushing the button, the indoor screen display is cleared, press it again to light the display.

How to use the buttons

Auto operation

Ensure the unit is plugged in and power is

available. The OPERATION indicator on the

display panel of the indoor unit starts flashing.

1. Press the MODE button to select Auto.

2. Press the UP/DOWN button to set the

desired temperature. The temperature can

be set within a range of 17OC~ 30OC in 1OC

increments.

NOTE 1. In the Auto mode, the air conditioner can logically
choose the mode of Cooling, Fan, and Heating by sensing the difference between the actual ambient room temperature and the setting temperature on the remote controller. 2. In the Auto mode, you can not switch the fan speed. It has already been automatically controlled. 3. If the Auto mode is not comfortable for you , the desired mode can be selected manually.

desired temperature. The temperature can be set within a range of 17OC~ 30OC in 1OC increments. 3. Press the ON/OFF button to start the air conditioner.
NOTE In the Dehumidifying mode, you can not switch the fan speed. It has already been automatically controlled.
Adjusting air flow direction
Use the SWING & button to adjust the desired airflow direction. 1. Up/Down direction can be adjusted with the
button on the remote controller. Each time when you press the button, the louver moves an angle of 6 degree. If pressing more than 2 seconds ,the louver will swing up and down automatically. 2. Left/Right direction can be adjusted with the
button on the remote controller. Each time when you press the button, the louver moves an angle of 6 degree. If pressing more than 2 seconds ,the louver will swing up and down automatically. NOTE: When the louver swing or move to a
position which would affect the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner, it would automatically change the swing/moving direction.

Timer operation
Press the TIMER ON button can set the auto-on time of the unit. Press the TIMER OFF button can set the auto-off time of the unit.
To set the Auto-on time.
1. Press the TIMER ON button. The remote controller shows TIMER ON, the last Auto-on setting time and the signal "H" will be shown on the LCD display area. Now it is ready to reset the Auto-on time to START the operation.
2. Push the TIMER ON button again to set desired Auto-on time. Each time you press the button, the time increases by half an hour between 0 and 10 hours and by one hour between 10 and 24 hours.
3. After setting the TIMER ON ,there will be a one second delay before the remote controller transmits the signal to the air conditioner. Then, after approximately another 2 seconds, the signal "h" will disappear and the set temperature will re-appear on the LCD display window.

To set the Auto-off time.
1. Press the TIMER OFF button. The remote controller shows TIMER OFF, the last Auto-off setting time and the signal "H" will be shown on the LCD display area. Now it is ready to reset the Auto-off time to stop the operation.
2. Push the TIMER OFF button again to set desired Auto-off time. Each time you press the button, the time increases by half an hour between 0 and 10 hours and by one hour between 10 and 24 hours.
3. After setting the TIMER OFF ,there will be a one second delay before the remote controller transmits the signal to the air conditioner. Then, after approximately another 2 seconds, the signal "H " will disappear and the set temperature will re-appear on the LCD display window.

! CAUTION
When you select the timer operation, the remote controller automatically transmits the timer signal to the indoor unit for the specified time. Therefore, keep the remote controller in a location where it can transmit the signal to the indoor unit properly. The effective operation time set by the remote controller for the timer function is limited to the following settings: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,16,17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24.

TIMER ON (Auto-on Operation) The TIMER ON feature is useful when you want the unit to turn on automatically before you return home. The air conditioner will automatically start operating at the set time.
Example: To start the air conditioner in 6 hours. 1. Press the TIMER ON button, the last setting
of starting operation time and the signal "H" will show on the display area. 2. Press the TIMER ON button to display "6.0H " on the TIMER ON display of the remote controller. 3. Wait for 3 seconds and the digital display area will show the temperature again. The "TIMER ON" indicator remains on and this function is activated.

TIMER OFF (Auto-off Operation) The TIMER OFF feature is useful when you want the unit to turn off automatically after you go to bed. The air conditioner will stop automatically at the set time.

stopping operation time and the signal "H" will show on the display area. 2. Press the TIMER OFF button to display "10H " on the TIMER OFF display of the remote controller. 3. Wait for 3 seconds and the digital display area will show the temperature again. The "TIMER OFF" indicator remains on and this function is activated.
COMBINED TIMER (Setting both ON and OFF timers simultaneously)
TIMER OFF TIMER ON (On Stop Start operation) This feature is useful when you want to stop the air conditioner after you go to bed, and start it again in the morning when you wake up or when you return home.
Example:
To stop the air conditioner 2 hours after setting and start it again 10 hours after setting. 1. Press the TIMER OFF button. 2. Press the TIMER OFF button again to display
2.0H on the TIMER OFF display. 3. Press the TIMER ON button. 4. Press the TIMER ON button again to display 10H
on the TIMER ON display . 5. Wait for 3 seconds and the digital display area
will show the temperature again. The "TIMER ON OFF" indicator remains on and this function is activated.

Location of the remote controller.
Use the remote controller within a distance of 8 meters from the appliance, pointing it towards the receiver. Reception is confirmed by a beep.
CAUTIONS
The air conditioner will not operate if curtains, doors or other materials block the signals from the remote controller to the indoor unit. Prevent any liquid from falling into the remote controller. Do not expose the remote controller to direct sunlight or heat. If the infrared signal receiver on the indoor unit is exposed to direct sunlight, the air conditioner may not function properly. Use curtains to prevent the sunlight from falling on the receiver. If other electrical appliances react to the remote controller, either move these appliances or consult your local dealer. Do not drop the remote controller. Handle with care. Do not place heavy objects on the remote controller, or step on it.

Using the remote controller holder(optional)
The remote controller can be attached to a wall or pillar by using a remote controller holder(not supplied, purchased separately). Before installing the remote controller, check that the air conditioner receives the signals properly. Install the remote controller with two screws. For installing or removing the remote controller, move it up or down in the holder.

Replacing batteries The following cases signify exhausted batteries. Replace old batteries with new ones.
Receiving beep is not emitted when a signal is transmitted. Indicator fades away. The remote controller is powered by two dry batteries (R03/LR03X2) housed in the back rear part and protected by a cover. (1) Remove the cover in the rear part of the
remote controller. (2) Remove the old batteries and insert the new
batteries, placing the(+) and (-) ends correctly. (3) Install the cover back on. NOTE: When the batteries are removed, the remote controller erases all programming. After inserting new batteries, the remote controller must be reprogrammed.
CAUTIONS Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types. Do not leave the batteries in the remote controller if they are not going to be used for 2 or 3 months. Do not dispose batteries as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.

Design-ul tastelor se bazeaz pe modelul tipic i pot fi uor diferite fa de cel pe care l-ai achiziionat. Forma actuala va prevala. Toate funciile descrise sunt realizate de ctre aparat. Dac unitatea dvs. nu suporta o anumita functie, apasarea butonului corespondent de pe telefomcanda, nu va va avea nici un efect. Atunci când exist diferene mari între Manual Telecomenzii i Manualul de Utilizare pe descrierea functiei, descrierea din MANUALUL DE UTILIZARE prevaleaz.

3 Tasta VENTILARE

Folositi unul din urmatorii pasi pentru a selecta viteza ventilatorului:

AUTO MICA MEDIE MARE

NOTA: Nu puteti modifica viteza ventilatorului in

modul AUTO sau DEZUMIDIFICARE

4 Tasta SLEEP

Activeaza / Dezactivare funcia SLEEP. In acest

mod se poate menine temperatura optima cu o

economie de energie. Aceast funcie este

disponibil doar pe modul AUTO, RACIRE sau

INCALZIRE.

Pentru detalii, consultati " Functia SLEEP" din

Manualul Utilizatorului.

NOT: În timp ce aparatul funcioneaz în modul

SLEEP, se anuleaza aceasta functie dac se

apas MODE, FAN SPEED sau butonul ON / OFF.

5 Tasta TURBO
Activeaza / Dezactiveaza funcia Turbo. Aceasta funcie permite unitii sa atinga temperatura presetat la de rcire sau de înclzire în cel mai scurt timp (în cazul în care unitatea interioar nu accept aceast funcie, apasarea butonului
TURBO nu va avea nici un efect).

6 Tasta SUS ( ) Apsai aceasta tasta pentru a regla crescator temperatura interioara in trepte de 1°C, pana la 30°C. Tasta JOS ( ) Apsai aceasta tasta pentru a regla descrescator temperatura in trepte de 1°C, pana la 17°C.
NOTA: Controlul temperaturii nu este disponibil in Modul Ventilare

7 Tasta SHORTCUT

Se foloseste pentru a repune in functiune setarile

curente sau pe cele precedente.

In cazul in care apasati butonul Shortcut la prima

utilizare, unitatea va functiona pe modul AUTO la

26°C iar viteza ventilatorului va fi AUTO.

Daca veti apasa butonul atunci cand telecomanda

trepte de 30 minute. Atunci cand display-ul afiseaza

mesajul 10.0, fiecare apasare va ajusta setarea in

trepte de 60 de minute. Pentru a anula pornirea

programata, apasati pana se afiseaza la

mesajul 0.0.

9 Tasta OPRIRE PROGRAMARE Apsai acesta tasta pentru a iniia oprirea programata. Fiecare apsare va ajusta setarea în trepte de 30 minute. Atunci cand display-ul va afisa mesajul 10.0, fiecare apasare va ajusta setarea in trepte de 60 de minute. Pentru a anula pornirea
programata, apasati pana se afiseaza la mesajul 0.0.

10 Tasta de reglare a flapsurilor stanga dreapta
Se folosete pentru a porni sau opri micarea vertical a flapsurilor i pentru a regla direcia aerului stânga/dreapta. Unghiul vertical al flapsurilor se schimb cu 6 grade la fiecare apsare i pe afiajul unitii în locul temperaturii este afiat " " timp de o secund. Dac continuai s apsai mai mult de 2 secunde, funcia de micare vertical a flapsurilor este activat i pe afiajul unitii apare " IIII " care pâlpâie de patru ori, i apoi temperatura setat reapare. Dac funcia de micare vertical a flapsurilor este oprit, pe afiaj timp de 3 secunde apare "LC".
NOTA: In cazul unor aparate, unitatile interioare vor afisa mesajul "ON" atunci cand functia SWING este activata si mesajul "OFF" atunci cand functia a fost oprita.
11 Tasta de reglare a flapsurilor sus jos
Folosit pentru a opri sau a porni micarea verticala a flapsurilor sau setarea in stanga sau in dreapta a direciei fluxului de aer. Flapsul isi schimb pozitia cu un unghi de 6 grade la fiecare apsare. Dac inei apsat acest buton mai mult de 2 secunde, flapsurile se vor misca in stanga i în dreapta în mod automat.

12 Tasta LED Activeaza / Dezactiveaza afisajul de la unitatea interioara. Cand se apasa, afisajul dispare iar pentru a se aprinde iar, mai apasati o data.

NOTA
1. În modul Auto, aparatul de aer conditionat poate alege în mod logic modul de rcire, ventilatore, înclzire i prin detectarea diferenei dintre temperatura actual ambiant i temperatura setata pe telecomanda. 2. În modul Auto, nu putei schimba viteza ventilatorului. Acesta a fost deja ajustata
automat.
3. Daca modul AUTO nu este confortabil, puteti
selecta manual conditiile dorite.

NOTA: În modul de Dezumidificare, nu putei schimba viteza ventilatorului. Acesta a fost deja ajustata automat.

Folositi butoanele SWING pentru a ajusta directia fluxului de aer.
1. Reglarea fluxului de aer pe directia sus/jos poate fi reglata cu buntonul ( ), aflat pe telecomanda. La fiecare apasare a butonului, lamela va fi ajustata cu 6 grade. Daca veti apasa butonul pentru mai mult de 2 secunde, labela va oscila sus-jos automat.
2. Reglarea fluxlui de aer pe directia stanga/dreapta va fi ajustata folosind butonul ( ), aflat pe telecomanda dumneavoastra. Unghiul va fi ajustat cu 6 grade la fiecare apasare a butonului.
NOTA: In cazul in care unghiul fluxului de aer va afecta functia de racire sau incalzire, acesta se va ajusta automat.

Functia de Programare
Apsai tasta TIMER ON si aceasta poate seta programarea auto in timp a unitii. Apsai butonul TIMER OFF si aceasta poate seta oprirea programarea a unitii. Setare pornirii programate
1. Apsai tasta TIMER ON. Telecomanda va afisa TIMER ON, si ultima programare Auto i semnalul "H" va fi afiat pe display. In acest moment veti putea anula functia AUTO si puteti programa aparatul.

2. Apsai iar tasta TIMER ON pentru a seta intervalul dorit. De fiecare daa cand veti apasa tasta, intervalul se va ajusta in trepte de 30 de minute, pana la 10 ore si in trepte de 1h in intervalul 10-24h.

3. Dupa programarea temporizatorului, transmisia

setarilor de la telecomanda la unitatea interioara va

dura 1 secunda. Dupa inca aproximativ 2 secunde,

simbolul "h" va disparea iar pe display va fi afisata

temperatura setata.

Setare opririi programate
1. Apsai tasta TIMER OFF. Telecomanda va afisa TIMER OFF, si ultima programare Auto i semnalul "H" va fi afiat pe display. In acest moment veti putea anula functia AUTO si puteti programa aparatul.
2. Apsai iar tasta TIMER OFF pentru a seta intervalul dorit. De fiecare daa cand veti apasa tasta, intervalul se va ajusta in trepte de 30 de minute, pana la 10 ore si in trepte de 1h in intervalul 10-24h.
3. Dupa programarea temporizatorului, transmisia setarilor de la telecomanda la unitatea interioara va dura 1 secunda. Dupa inca aproximativ 2 secunde, simbolul "h" va disparea iar pe display va fi afisata temperatura setata.

! ATENIE
Când selectai operaiunea timer, telecomanda transmite automat semnalul de programare la unitatea interioar pentru timpul specificat. Prin urmare, plasati telecomanda într-un loc în care sa poata sa transmita semnalul la unitatea interioar in mod corect. Timpul efectiv de funcionare stabilit de telecomanda pentru funcia de programare este limitat la urmtoarele setri: 0,5, 1,0, 1,5, 2,0, 2,5, 3,0, 3,5, 4,0, 4,5, 5,0, 5,5, 6,0, 6,5, 7,0, 7,5, 8,0, 8,5, 9,0, 9,5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,16,17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 i 24.

Apsai iar tasta TIMER ON pentru a afia 2.0H pe cronometrul de afiare. 3. Apsai tasta TIMER OFF. 4. Apsai iar tasta TIMER OFF pentru a afia 5.0H pe ecranul TIMER OFF. 5. Ateptai timp de 3 secunde, iar zona de afiare digital va afia din nou temperatura. Indicatorul "TIMER ON & TIMER OFF" rmân afisate i aceast funcie este activat.

Manevrarea telecomenzii

Pozitionarea telecomenzii
Folositi telecomanda de la o distanta maxima de 8m fata de unitatea interioara a aparatului de aer conditionat, indreptand-o spre aceasta. Receptionarea semnalului este confirmata de un beep sonor.
ATENIE
Instalaia de aer condiionat nu va funciona dac sunt perdele, ui sau alte materiale care blocheaza semnalul de la telecomand la unitatea interioar. Preveniti varsarea de orice lichid pe telecomand. Nu expunei telecomanda la lumina direct a soarelui sau la cldur. Dac receptorul de semnal infrarou de la unitatea interioar este expus la lumina direct a soarelui, exista posibilitatea ca aparatul de aer condiionat s nu funcioneze corespunztor. Utilizai perdele pentru a proteja receptorul IR de contactul direct cu lumina soarelui. Dac alte aparate electrice reacioneaz la telecomanda aparatului de aer conditionat, fie mutai aceste aparate sau consultai distribuitorul local. Nu scpai telecomanda. Manevrai-o cu grij. Nu aezai obiecte grele pe telecomand si nu calcati pe ea.

Folosirea suportului de telecomanda (optional)
Telecomanda poate fi asezata pe un perete sau stâlp cu ajutorul unui suport de telecomanda (acest suport nu este inclus in colet insa poate fi achizitionat separat). Înainte de a instala suportul telecomenzii, verificai dac aparatul de aer condiionat primete semnalele corect. Montai suportul pentru telecomanda cu dou uruburi. Pentru instalarea sau scoaterea telecomanzii din suport, se trage în sus sau în jos în suport.

Inlocuirea bateriilor
Urmtoarele simptome indica baterii consumate. Înlocuii bateriile vechi cu unele noi. Nu este emis un semnal sonor atunci când un semnal este transmis catre unitatea interioara. Afisajul de pe telecomanda dispare. Telecomanda este alimentata de dou baterii (R03 / LR03X2) asezate în partea din spate a telecomenzii i protejate de un capac. (1) Scoatei capacul din partea din spate a telecomenzii. (2) Scoatei bateriile vechi i introducei noile baterii, plasarea (+) i (-) se va face in mod corect. (3) Instalai capacul din spate pe telecomanda. NOT: Atunci când bateriile sunt scoase, telecomanda isi pierde toate setarile. Dup introducerea bateriilor noi, telecomanda trebuie reprogramat. ATENIE Nu amestecai baterii sau acumulatori de diferite tipuri sau vechi cu noi. Nu lsai bateriile în telecomand, dac acestea nu vor fi utilizate pentru 2 sau 3 luni. Nu aruncai bateriile impreuna cu deseurile municipale nesortate. Colectarea acestor deeuri se face separat pentru un tratament special.
