Overview
This manual is applicable to six-zone independently adjustable integrated power amplifiers in broadcast systems.
This manual describes the wiring methods of the six-zone independently adjustable integrated power amplifier and guides you to complete the installation of the six-zone independently adjustable integrated power amplifier.

Precautions for safe use
Danger
- During Danger installation and use, various electrical safety regulations of the country and region of use must be strictly followed.
- Please use the power cord provided by the regular manufacturer. Please refer to the product parameter table for specific power cord requirements.
- Please do not open the inside of the machine at will, and the internal wiring cannot be changed.
Look out
- Please do not let objects fall onto the device, and try to avoid places with strong magnetic field interference.
- Equipment suitable for indoor use must not be installed in places exposed to rain or very wet places.
- Please keep all the original packaging materials of the equipment properly, so that in case of any problems, the all-in-one machine can be packaged and sent so to the agent or returned to the manufacturer for processing. Our company does not assume any responsibility for accidental damage during transportation caused by nonoriginal packaging materials.
Instructions
- Requirements for installation and maintenance personnel
Having the qualification certificate or experience to engage in the installation and maintenance of weak current systems, and having the qualification to engage in related work, in addition, must also have the following knowledge and operational skills- Basic knowledge and installation skills in weak current systems and their components.
- Basic knowledge and operational skills in low-voltage wiring and low-voltage electronic wiring

Never remove the cover, because otherwise there may be a risk of electric shock. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Have repairs carried out only by qualified service personnel.

- Clear not block tentation openings.
- Maintain a minimum distance around ventilation that should not be impeded by, covering the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers. tablecloths, curtains, etc., install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- No open flame sources. such as a lit candle, should be handled.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves,or other objects (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the grounding-type plug.A grounding type plug, the third type is prothided for your areas. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, contact an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles and the point where they exit from the product.
- Only use attachments/ accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Use only with equipment rack, cart, stand or table designed to provide adequate mechanical strength, heat dissipation and securement to the building structure. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart and product combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
- Unplug this product during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the product has been damaged in any way, such as if power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the product, the product has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
Explanation of Graphical Symbols
Lightning Bolt: Hazardous Live voltages present when this unit is in operation. Do not touch terminals marked with this symbol while the unit is connected to live power.
Exclamation Point: Replace components (I.e. fuses) only with the values specified by the manufacturer. Failure to do so will compromise safe operation of this unit.
Hazardous Moving Fan Blades: Remove power before servicing and keep away from moving fan blades.
This product is intended for Installation and Service by Skilled Personnel Only.
WARNING
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose these products to rain or moisture. These products must not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on these products.
- 100 Volt speaker terminals marked with the symbol LL are Hazardous Live. External wiring connected to these terminals requires installation by a Skilled or Instructed Person.
- MAINS-powered products employ Safety Grounding and must be connected to a MAINS socket that is properly grounded to provide a protective earthing connection. The MAINS plug is used to disconnect MAINS power and must remain readily operable.

- When POTS Telephone Interface options are provided, connections to the telecom circuits of this device must be made 2 by qualified, trained personnel. To reduce the risk of fire, use only No.26 AWG (0.129 mm ) solid copper wire for telecom circuit connections.

The Installation steps for ‘Auxiliary Power’ are for use by Skilled Personnel only and must comply with all local codes.- National Electrical Code.ANSI/NFPA 70 for the United States.

- For PLUGGABLE EQUIPMENT, the socket should be installed near the equipment and easily accessible.
- Changes or modifications not approved by Bia mp could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Chapter 1 Product Introduction
Product Introduction
Before using this series of public broadcasting amplifiers, please familiarize yourself with the user manual and follow the operating sequence. This series of amplifiers can play USB drives/SD cards/Bluetooth, with two microphone inputs, two line inputs, one emergency line input, and one line output.
Total volume adjustment, line/MP3 volume adjustment, microphone volume adjustment, treble volume adjustment, bass volume adjustment, six zone independent volume adjustment.
Power output wiring method: total I output 4-16 0 /70V/110V, six zone output. This machine has functions such as thermal protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit protection, and startup delay.
Product Features
- 2 auxiliary (AUX) line inputs, 1 emergency (EMC) input, and 2 microphone inputs; 1 auxiliary output, capable of cascading to the next power amplifier.
- Microphone 1/2, emergency line input, line 1/2 volume independently adjustable, with total volume control I.
- Built-in Bluetooth/MP3 function module, convenient for mobile phone to push program playback.
- Equipped with six independent volume adjustment output functions.
- Mic 1 and emergency line EMC input have the highest priority level and can forcibly cut off other line input functions. Mic 2 is connected to Line 1 and Line 2.
- Equipped with high and low frequency adjustment function.
- Equipped with advanced short-circuit, overheating, and overload protection functions.
- The circuit is equipped with an amplitude limiting function to prevent excessive output of the amplifier and protect the horn.
- Supports multiple indicator light displays (power, signal).
- Adopting a forced cooling structure with a fan allows the machine to operate for a long time.

- MI Cl and EMC have the highest priority, and when there is a signal input, they will automatically interrupt other input audio sources (such as MIC2, USB flash drive, Bluetooth, RCA IN). If MICl and EMC are input simultaneously, they can be mixed and adjusted through the volume adjustment knob; After the interruption, restore the audio signal to the one before the interruption.
- If there is no Ml Cl and EMC input, MIC2 can be mixed with USB/Bluetooth and RCA, and can be adjusted through the volume adjustment knob .
