Operating instructions

Wireless Blue tooth connection

Press and hold the power button for 3~5 seconds, after the headset flashes red and blue lights alternately, turn on the phone’s blue tooth, Search and find the device name “BH20” to connect. Set after a successful connection, the blue light flashes slowly.

Switch on and off

  • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, the blue light flashes, that is
  • The device will automatically pair and connect.
  • Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to shut down.

Charging

Use the Type-C charging cable to connect to the device. Charging process, the red light of the middle indicator light is always on, and the indicator light is off when the battery is fully charged.

Wired mode

To use the wired mode, turn off the Blue tooth mode and perform shutdown operations. Plug in and deliver the 3.5mm audio cable is ready for use. (The headset button and microphone cannot be used in this state.)

Common problems

The device cannot be found

The phone cannot search for the device, try to turn off the headset and then turn it on again, And Also try to turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and then turn it on again. The dental equipment is cleared, and the search and pairing is performed again

The device is connected but there is no sound

Adjust the volume of the headset, check if the volume on the headset is adjusted to the lowest.

There is no sound from the headset when the audio cable is plugged in 

Plug the audio cable back into the headset and mobile phone.

Please pay attention to the following signals when using the headset

  1. The distance between the headset and the mobile phone should not exceed 10-20 meters, and there should not be too many interfering obstacles (such as the cavity) to avoid the problem of the broken links and stuck in the transmission of Blue tooth signal.
  2. In the process of daily use, it is normal to have occasional disconnection problems. After all, the Blue tooth belongs to wireless signal transmission, Just like wifi network, occasional instability is a normal phenomenon. The signal transmission may be Interfered by some environments. Please wait for a moment or change the position.
  3. It is very important to avoid the problem of sound insulation, sound leakage, and the wearing method of the headset. To avoid the sponge part of the earphone bag ls not completely closed In the ear/head, you can timely adjust the wearing Angle and ear covering the degree of the earphone according to the comfort of actual use.
  4. When you wear headphones, adjust the volume to the maximum, and some audio leakage is normal. If you want a more private soundproof environment, it is recommended to lower the volume to the normal condition and adjust the wearing Angle to the best condition.
