Recording Your ECG
Choose from the following methods:
- Lead I: Hold the device with both hands.
- Lead II: Hold the right electrodes with the right hand and place the left electrodes on the left leg.
- Chest Lead: Hold the right electrodes with the right hand and place the device on the chest below the pectoral muscles.

Viewing Results
Upon completion, the device displays measurement results, which are also synced to the app. Results include:
- Regular heartbeat: No rhythm abnormalities detected.
- Irregular heartbeat: Some rhythm abnormalities detected.
- Poor signal: Indicates interference during recording.
- Slow heart rate: Less than 50 beats per minute.
- Fast heart rate: Exceeds 120 beats per minute.
Caution: Contact a physician if experiencing any symptoms or concerns. All historical results can be viewed, downloaded, and shared via the app.
Maintenance
No user-serviceable repairs are recommended beyond the maintenance outlined. Keep electrodes clean using an alcohol-based sanitizer and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive liquid. Perform exterior visual inspections for any damage to the electrodes or device.
Troubleshooting
- Device not working: Ensure the device is charged.
- Poor signal: Remain still during recording, clean electrodes, or apply a water-based lotion if skin is very dry.
- ECG rhythms appear upside down: Ensure the right hand or chest correctly contacts the right electrode.
