· High volume use of the product for a long period of time may cause damage to your hearing or even your eardrums. · Careless use of the product while driving is dangerous to yourself and others and may result in serious injury, death or
property damage. You must adhere to all safety precautions in all documents that came with this product. This will help minimize risks that may occur while riding and using this product. · In places where wireless communication is restricted, such as hospitals or aboard airplanes, turn the power off. In places where wireless communication is restricted, electromagnetic waves may cause disruptions, hazardous conditions, or accidents. · Before riding, attach the product to the helmet, and double-check that it is securely affixed. Detachment of the product while riding can cause damage to the product and could result in a serious accident. · Do not expose the product to direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Doing so can cause damage to the product and produce enough heat to cause burns. · Do not use or store this product inside motor vehicles in hot weather. It may result in the battery generating heat, rupturing, or igniting. · Do not persist in charging the battery if it does not fully recharge within the designated charging time. Doing so may result the battery becoming hot, exploding, or igniting.

· Do not leave the product next to or near open flames. Do not attempt to dispose of the product in a fire. It may result in the battery exploding or igniting which could cause serious injury.
· Never attempt to charge a battery with a charger that is faulty or has been physically damaged. It may cause an explosion or other sorts of accidents.
· When making use of the product, use good judgment. Never use this product while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not attempt to use this product while tired or sleepy.
CAUTION
· If the product emits an unusual smell, feels hot, or appears abnormal in any other way during use or while charging, stop using the product immediately. It may become damaged, explode, or result in a fire. Contact your retailer if any of these issues are observed.
· Do not attempt to use this product in an atmosphere conducive to explosions. If you are in a location that gives you concern that an explosion could occur, turn off the power and heed any regulations, instructions, and signs in the area.
· Do not dispose of the product with normal household waste. The built-in battery should not to be disposed of through the normal public waste system and requires separate and specialized collection. When disposing the product, be sure to follow all local regulations and safety standards.
Warranty
EcoCom guarantees the product quality based on the technical specification stated in the product manual, and data regarding product warranty. Here, product warranty extends to the product only. EcoCom will not be liable for any loss, damage of human life, or loss of property which may result from using the product beyond defective parts or flaws that occur due to problems in manufacture. EcoCom guarantees free-of-charge replacements of defective parts of the product or flaws that may have occurred due to problems in manufacture for a period of 1 years from the date of initial purchase.

Installing your headset

Before installing the headset, you need to choose between the clamp and the glued surface mounting adapter. To install the headset to the helmet, follow the steps below:

1. Insert the main module into the clamp using the two connecting slots on the back.
2. Insert the headset into the helmet using the clamp.

2. Remove the cover of the adhesive sticker on the back to glue the headset on to the helmet.

3. Attach the headset on the left side of the helmet.

Installing your headset

Installing the speakers
If you want to install speakers into the headset, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the cover of the adhesive sticker of the hook and loop fasteners for speakers.

3. Place the speaker on the hook and loop fasteners.

2. Place the sticker on the helmet.

4. Insert the speaker plug into the headset.

Using your headset

Pairing your headset with other Bluetooth devices
The EcoCom can pair with multiple Bluetooth devices, such as a mobile phone or an MP3.
1. Press and hold the Multi-function button for 5 seconds. The headset enters into Mobile phone pairing.
2. On your Bluetooth device, search for EcoCom.
3. Select EcoCom from the search results and enter the password to be paired (0000). Some Bluetooth devices may not ask for a PIN.

Using phone functions
· To answer/end the call, tap the Multi-function
button or Jog dial.
· To reject an incoming call, press and hold the
Jog dial for 2 seconds.
· To redial the last number called, press and hold
the Jog dial for 3 seconds.

Listening to music
· To start/pause music, press and hold the Jog
dial for 1 second.
· To track forward, rotate while pressing the Jog
dial counterclockwise.
· To track back, rotate while pressing the Jog dial
clockwise.

Listening to FM radio
· To start/stop the FM radio, press and hold the
Multi-function button for 1 second.
· To seek up the radio channel, rotate while
pressing the Jog dial counterclockwise.
· To seek down the radio channel, rotate while
pressing the Jog dial clockwise.

Having intercom conversations
Your EcoCom can only have an intercom conversation with other EcoCom headset.
The EcoCom can be paired with up to three other headsets for Bluetooth intercom conversation.
1. Press and hold the Jog dial for 5 seconds. The headset enters into Intercom pairing.
2. Any one of the two headset users must tap the Jog dial.

Using intercom functions
You can start/end intercom conversation.
· To start an intercom connection with the first
user, tap the Multi-function button, and to make a connection with a second user, double tap the Multi-function button. For the third user, triple tap the Multi-function button.
· To end the intercom conversation, tap the Multi-
function button.

Managing your headset

Factory reset
You can reset the EcoCom to the factory default settings.
1. Press and hold the Multi-function button for 12 seconds.
2. Tap the Jog dial to confirm the reset. The EcoCom will automatically restores the default settings and turns off.

Fault reset
If the EcoCom is not working properly for any reason, connect it to a USB cable. The EcoCom will automatically be turned off and a fault reset will occur.
