QUICKFIRE PORTABLE 600W ELECTRIC BBQ USER MANUAL KAEBBQ V1.1 IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION WARNING Y If the surface of this BBQ cracks, switch off the appliance immediately to avoid a possible electric shock and contact customer support. Y This BBQ complies with all Australian mandated safety regulations. However, to minimise the risk of burns, we strongly recommend that anyone using this BBQ does so with great care as the surface will become extremely hot during use and will retain heat after use. Y Do not disconnect the docking while the BBQ is powered on. Y Do not move the BBQ when it is in use. Y Allow the BBQ to cool before moving or cleaning. Y Switch off and disconnect the BBQ from the power supply before moving the docking. Y This BBQ is not for commercial use. Y Do not immerse the BBQ in water or expose to rain. Y This BBQ is not dishwasher safe. Y Incorrect use of the BBQ, such as disconnect the docking while BBQ is powered on, can result in damage to the unit and invalidate the product warranty. Y This BBQ must only be used by responsible, capable adults. Y This BBQ must not be used by children, and they should NEVER be left unsupervised around the device. Playing with the device could cause serious injury. Y Switch off and disconnect the BBQ from the power supply before cleaning. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or death. Y Temperature range: 36.5C (98F) to 240C (465F) Y Canvas carry bag included. BEFORE FIRST USE Y Remove and discard any packaging material from the unit. Product rating label stickers should be permanently kept on the unit. Y Wash the grill plate in warm water then rinse and dry thoroughly. Y DO NOT use abrasive brushes on the cooking surface as it will damage the coating. UNDERSTANDING YOUR BBQ MAGNETIC CONTACT POINT MAGNETIC CONTACT POINT MAGNETIC CONTACT POINT MAGNETIC CONTACT POINT Position the magnetic contact points of both stands inward, inserting them into the connecting points of the BBQ plate. Insert the plug of the power cord into the 3-pin socket. LCD Screen Display Press once to lower the temperature by one degree Press once to raise the temperature by one degree Power ON and OFF: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn power on. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn power off. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Y Before cleaning, ensure the BBQ is switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Y Ensure the appliance is completely cool. Y Clean with a damp cloth only. Y Do not use any abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. Y Ensure all components are completely dry before storing the unit.
