  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves, during installation.
  • Handle glass panels with extreme care. Tempered glass is strong but can shatter if struck at the edges or corners.
  • Ensure the installation surface (wall, bathtub rim) is structurally sound and capable of supporting the weight of the shower door.
  • Use only the provided hardware or equivalent high-quality, load-bearing fasteners suitable for your wall type.
  • Do not attempt to install this product alone. Two or more people are required due to the size and weight of the glass panels.

Careful installation is crucial for the proper function and longevity of your shower door. Follow these steps precisely.

1. Determine Installation Side (Reversible)

The shower door is designed for reversible installation, allowing it to be mounted on either the left or right side of your bathtub opening, depending on your bathroom layout and preference.

Figure 2: Reversible Installation. This diagram illustrates how the shower door can be configured for either a left-hand or right-hand opening, providing flexibility for various bathroom designs. The overall dimensions are approximately 51.2 inches wide by 54.3 inches high.

2. Wall Profile Shigarwa

  • Sanya bango profile against the wall at the desired height, ensuring it is plumb and level.
  • Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes in the wall profile.
  • Drill holes into the wall using an appropriate drill bit for your wall material. Insert wall anchors if necessary.
  • Tsare bango profile to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure a tight and stable fit.

3. Hinge and Glass Panel Assembly

The hinges connect the glass panels and allow for the folding mechanism. Refer to Figure 3 for a visual guide.

Figure 3: Easy Installation Steps. This diagram illustrates the process of attaching the glass clamps and hinges. Mataki 1: Unscrew the hinge. Mataki 2: Fix the rubber gasket onto the glass. Mataki 3: Install the screw washer. Mataki 4: Install the other side glass clamp. Mataki 5: Tighten screws with the spanner. Mataki 6: Put on the screw cap cover.
  • Mataki 1: Unscrew the hinge components to separate the clampfaranti.
  • Mataki 2: Place the rubber gaskets onto the glass panels where the hinges will be attached. These gaskets protect the glass and provide a secure grip.
  • Mataki 3: Position the hinge plates on either side of the glass panel, ensuring the rubber gaskets are correctly seated. Insert the screw washers.
  • Mataki 4: Align the screw holes and insert the screws.
  • Mataki 5: Using the provided spanner, carefully tighten the screws. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the glass. Ensure the glass is held firmly but without excessive pressure.
  • Mataki 6: Once all screws are tightened, place the screw cap covers over the exposed screw heads for a finished appearance and to prevent corrosion.
  • Repeat this process for all glass panels and hinges, connecting them sequentially.

Figure 4: Waterproof Design. This image highlights the high-quality silicone strip installed at the bottom of the shower door panels, which effectively prevents water from leaking through the crevices and keeps the bathroom floor dry.
  • Install the silicone sealing strips along the bottom edge of the glass panels and between the panels where they meet.
  • Trim the strips to the correct length using a utility knife. Ensure a snug fit to create a watertight seal.
  • Apply a bead of silicone sealant along the exterior joint where the wall profile meets the wall and the bathtub rim for additional waterproofing. Allow adequate drying time before use.

Figure 5: Modern Folding Design. This image demonstrates the foldable design of the shower door, showing it both fully extended to enclose the shower area and neatly folded back against the wall for easy access and space-saving.
  • Budewa: Gently push the outermost glass panel inward or outward. The pivot hinges allow the panels to swing 180 degrees, providing ample space for entry and exit.
  • Nadawa: To maximize space, fold the panels inward towards the wall. The tri-fold design allows the panels to stack neatly.
  • Rufewa: Extend the panels fully to create a complete shower enclosure. Ensure all panels are aligned to prevent water splashing.

Figure 6: Easy to Clean Nano Coating. This image demonstrates the effectiveness of the nano-coating on the glass, showing how water beads and runs off, significantly reducing limescale buildup and making the glass easier to clean compared to ordinary glass.
  • The glass features an Ultralux nano-coating for easy cleaning and reduced limescale buildup.
  • After each use, wipe down the glass panels with a soft cloth or squeegee to remove water droplets.
  • For general cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or scouring powders, as these can damage the coating and glass surface.
  • Rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning.

Hinge and Frame Care
