1. Getting Started

Thank you for purchasing the RAIDEN STREAM PACK PRO. Before using any of the products, read this entire user's manual carefully. Please keep it for future reference.

IMPORTANT: You will need a computer (PC or Mac) to use the STREAM PACK PRO.

2. Contents

The STREAM PACK PRO contains:

• 1 capture box
• 1 USB-USB 3.0 cable (length 60 cm)
• 1 camera with a 180 cm USB cable attached
• 1 microphone
• 1 tripod, 1 pop killer, and the fixing system
• 1 USB-Micro USB cable (length 150 cm)
• 1 user's manual

4. Installation Preparation

You need to use streaming software to create a streaming video. Various software for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Linux (free or paid) are available on the internet, such as Streamlabs OBS, OBS Studio, X-Split, GameShow, vMix, Telestream Wirecast, etc. Download and install the software of your choice on your computer.

RAIDEN recommends using the Streamlabs OBS open-source software because it is free, intuitive, and very easy to access for beginners.

You will need a YouTube or Twitch account to broadcast live video.

5. Installation

Open your streaming software before connecting the various devices.

STREAM CAM 1080p:

1. Connect the camera to one of the USB ports on your computer.
2. An installation utility will launch automatically. After a few moments, the computer will recognize the camera.
3. In the software, go to the "Video capture device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Cam 1080p from the list of available devices.

The camera can be placed on a screen or table thanks to its 2-position support.

STREAM MIC USB:

1. Connect the microphone to one of the USB ports on your computer using the supplied USB cable. The LED on the microphone will turn on.
2. An installation utility will launch automatically. After a few moments, the computer will recognize the microphone.
3. In the software, go to the "Audio Input Capture Device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Mic USB from the list of available devices.

STREAM BOX FULL HD:

1. Connect the console you will be playing on to the HDMI IN port (3) using an HDMI cable (not included).
2. Connect the box to your computer using the supplied USB 3.0 cable (1). The green LED on the box (2) will turn on. RAIDEN recommends using a USB 3.0 port on your computer to avoid latency, but a standard USB port can also be used.
3. An installation utility will launch automatically. After a few moments, the computer will recognize the box. The green LED on the box (2) will remain on.
4. In the software, go to the "Video Capture Device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Box Full HD from the list of available devices to get the game video.
5. To also get the game sound, go to the "Audio Input Capture Device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Box Full HD from the list of available devices.

If you have a second screen, you can connect it to the box via the HDMI OUT (4) port for dual display. Dual display allows you to play on a separate screen and enjoy a "full screen" display for the game, without being bothered by the on-screen instructions of the streaming software.

6. Setup and Registration

Once all 3 devices are connected and assigned to different sources in the software, you can make various adjustments:

• Choose a display theme offered by the streaming software.
• Mix the sound of different tracks (microphone, game soundtrack, ...).
• Adjust the display of the camera's video overlay.
• Set the video definition (up to 1080p 60fps) in the settings.
• Record or stream live video.

7. Precautions for Use

• Do not use these products for purposes other than those described in this manual.
• The devices must not be used in damp places, placed near containers filled with liquid (e.g., vases), or subjected to liquid splashes.
• Never attempt to disassemble or assemble the devices yourself.
• Do not exert excessive pressure on the devices or subject them to strong impacts.
• Stop using the equipment immediately in case of fatigue or discomfort. Consult your doctor if these feelings persist.
• Take breaks every 30 minutes.
• Store equipment away from direct sunlight. Exposure to high temperatures could damage the body or internal electronics of the devices.
• Do not let young children play with the devices. Do not let your children play with the cables. This product contains small parts that could be swallowed. These products are not intended for children under 3 years old.
