Instrucións de montaxe

Assembly is required for this 2-drawer lateral file cabinet. Follow the steps below carefully. An assembly video is provided to assist you.

1. Desembalaxe: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged. The packaging includes foam for protection.
2. Montar a estrutura base: Identify the base frame components (Part 3, Part 5, Part 6 as shown in the video). Slide the side pieces into the base.
3. Fixar os soportes de esquina: Use the provided screws (from bag B) to secure the corner brackets, connecting the side panels to the base.
4. Instalar os paneis laterais: Attach the main side panels (Part 1 and Part 2) to the base frame. Ensure the holes for the top are oriented correctly.
5. Paneis laterais seguros: Use screws from bag A to connect the side panels together, forming the main body of the cabinet.
6. Instalar o panel superior: Place the top panel, ensuring the lock mechanism is facing the front. Slide the tabs on the back of the top panel into the corresponding slots on the back panel of the cabinet. Secure the top panel with screws.
7. Verify Lock Rods: Ensure the internal lock rods are properly lifted and aligned with the holes in the top panel for correct locking function.
8. Montar caixóns: For each drawer, take the bottom panel (Part 8), side panels (Part 10, Part 11), and front panel. Bend the side panels up and attach the front panel. Secure with screws. Ensure the locking mechanisms for the drawers are correctly positioned.
9. Instalar as varillas colgantes: Insert the adjustable hanging rods into the designated slots within each drawer. These are side-specific; ensure the notched side is placed correctly.
10. Inserir caixóns: Extend the pre-installed ball bearing full extension slides from the cabinet frame. Align the drawer slides with the cabinet slides and carefully push the drawers into place until they click securely.

The drawers feature ball bearing full extension slides for smooth operation. Pull the drawer handle to open and push firmly to close. The anti-tipping mechanism ensures only one drawer can be fully opened at a time to maintain stability.

Mecanismo de bloqueo:

To lock the cabinet, ensure both drawers are fully closed. Insert the key into the lock on the top panel and turn to engage the locking rods. This secures both drawers simultaneously. Turn the key in the opposite direction to unlock.

File Organización:

The adjustable hanging bars accommodate legal, letter, A4, and F4 size hanging folders. Adjust the bars as needed to fit your desired file sizes. Dividers can be used to separate different categories of documents within the drawers.
