1. Product Diagram
The Zkoee Orp02 earphones feature a touch-sensitive area and a microphone on each earphone.
Music Mode Controls:
- Touch Area (Left/Right Earphone): Play/Pause (single tap).
- Right Earphone: Next Song (double tap).
- Left Earphone: Previous Song (double tap).
- Right Earphone: Volume Up (triple tap).
- Left Earphone: Volume Down (triple tap).
- Left/Right Earphone: Activate Voice Assistant (Siri) (long press for 3 seconds until beep).
- Left/Right Earphone: Power Off (long press for 5 seconds).
Phone Mode Controls:
- Touch Area (Left/Right Earphone): Answer/Hang Up Call (single tap).
- Left/Right Earphone: Reject Call (long press).
2. Product Operation
First Use:
- Open the charging case.
- Pairing Mode: The earphones enter pairing mode automatically.
- Charging: Place earphones in the charging box. The indicator light flashes and turns off when fully charged. Charge the charging box using the provided cable; the display shows 100% when fully charged.
- Power Off: Place earphones back into the charging box and close the cover.
Attention: If pairing is not completed within 5 minutes, the earphones will automatically power off. They have a memory function and will automatically reconnect to the phone upon subsequent power-on.
3. FAQs
Q1: Why can't the wireless earphones be searched or is the sound stuck?
A1:
- Ensure you are within 10 meters of your mobile phone and avoid obstructions like walls.
- Your area might have electromagnetic interference. Move away from potential interference sources.
Q2: Why is the touch insensitive?
A2:
- Ensure your fingers are dry and free of foreign matter when touching the earphones.
- Confirm you are touching the correct area and performing the control actions promptly.
Q3: Why can't the product reconnect?
A3:
- If the earphones exceed the 10-meter connection range, they disconnect. If they don't return within 5 minutes, they power off.
- If reconnection fails after 5 minutes, place the earphones back in the charging box, close the cover, and then take them out again.
Q4: Why is there no sound on one side?

- Place the earphone back into the charging box, close the cover, and then take it out again.
- If the above fails, turn off Bluetooth on your phone and reconnect.
