General Warnings
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
General Cautions
- To prevent electric shock, match the wide blade of the plug to the wide slot and insert fully.
- This apparatus must always be connected to an AC outlet with a protective grounding connection.
- To disconnect the apparatus from the mains, the plug must be pulled out from the mains socket; therefore, the mains plug shall be readily operable.
- Do not expose this apparatus to dripping or splashing. Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the apparatus.
- To turn this apparatus off completely, pull the power plug out of the wall socket. The power plug must be easily and readily accessible at all times.
Precautions
- Ensure your home's AC power supply complies with the requirements on the product's identification sticker. Install the product horizontally on a suitable base with adequate ventilation space (7-10 cm). Do not cover ventilation slots. Avoid placing the unit on amplifiers or other heat-generating equipment. The unit is designed for continuous use. To fully turn off, disconnect the AC plug. Unplug if leaving unused for extended periods.
- During thunderstorms, disconnect the AC plug. Voltage peaks from lightning can damage the unit.
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or other heat sources to prevent overheating and malfunction.
- Protect the product from moisture (e.g., vases), excessive heat (e.g., fireplace), or strong magnetic/electric fields. Unplug if the unit malfunctions. The product is for personal use only, not industrial. Allow approximately 2 hours for the unit to reach room temperature if transported from cold.
- The battery contains environmentally harmful chemicals. Do not dispose of in household trash, expose to excessive heat, sunlight, or fire. Do not short circuit, disassemble, or overheat. CAUTION: Danger of explosion if the battery is replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

Port Descriptions
- POWER: Connect the Soundbar's AC power cable.
- SERVICE: Connect a USB storage device to upgrade the product's software.
- DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL): Connect to the digital (optical) output of an external device.
- HDMI: Inputs digital video and audio signals simultaneously. Connect to the HDMI output of an external device.
- HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Connect to the HDMI jack on a TV.
03 Connecting the Soundbar
Connecting Power and Units
Connect the AC power cable to the Soundbar and the Subwoofer. The Soundbar and Wireless Subwoofer establish a connection automatically. The LINK LED indicator on the rear of the Subwoofer will stop blinking and glow solid blue when the connection is established.
04 Using a Wired Connection
Connecting using an HDMI Cable
Connect an HDMI cable from an external device's HDMI output to one of the Soundbar's HDMI IN ports (1 or 2). Connect the Soundbar's HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC) port to the TV's HDMI ARC/eARC port using an HDMI cable.
Connecting using an Optical Cable
Connect an optical cable from an external device's digital audio output to the Soundbar's DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) port.
NOTE: If TV sound is not outputting, select the "D.IN" mode using the Source button on the Soundbar or remote. Ensure you remove protective covers from optical cable terminals if present.
Using the Q-Symphony Function
Q-Symphony synchronizes the Soundbar with a compatible Samsung TV to output sound through both devices for an enhanced surround effect. When connected, the "TV+Soundbar" option should appear in the TV's Sound Output menu. This function requires HDMI Cable, Optical Cable, or Wi-Fi connection and is supported by specific Samsung TVs and Soundbar models.
Using the Spacefit Sound
This function syncs the active sound measured from the TV to the Soundbar. It is supported by certain TV models and operated from the TV.
05 Using a Wireless Connection
Connecting via Bluetooth
To connect a Bluetooth device, ensure the Soundbar is in "BT" mode. Press and hold the PAIR button on the remote control or the Source button on the Soundbar for more than 5 seconds to enter BT PAIRING mode. If prompted for a PIN, enter <0000>.
Difference between BT READY and BT PAIRING:
- BT READY: Reconnects previously paired Samsung TVs or mobile devices.
- BT PAIRING: Connects a new device to the Soundbar.
Connecting via Wi-Fi (Wireless Network)
To connect via Wi-Fi, the SmartThings app is required. Connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network as the TV, then install and launch the SmartThings app. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the Soundbar to your Wi-Fi network.
06 Troubleshooting
Soundbar does not turn on.
Check if the power cord is correctly inserted into the outlet.
If the subwoofer does not connect automatically
- Turn off the Soundbar main unit.
- Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds. The LED will blink blue rapidly.
- Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
- Check if the LINK LED is solid blue, indicating a successful connection.
Soundbar works erratically.
Remove and reinsert the power cord. Try initializing the product. If there is no signal, the Soundbar may automatically turn off; turn the power back on.
Remote control does not work
Point the remote directly at the soundbar. Replace batteries with new ones.
Sound is not output from the soundbar.
Check if the volume is too low or muted. Adjust the volume on the Soundbar and any connected external devices. For TV sound, select "Soundbar" in the TV's sound output settings. Reconnect the cable.
Sound is not output from the subwoofer.
Check if the LED on the rear of the Subwoofer and Surround Speakers is solid blue. Reconnect if the blue LED blinks or the red LED lights.
If the TV is not connected via HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC)
Verify the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the ARC terminal. Ensure HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) is activated on the TV.
Soundbar will not connect via Bluetooth.
Ensure the Soundbar is in "BT PAIRING" mode for new devices. Remove the Bluetooth speaker list on the device and reconnect.
Sound drops out when connected via Bluetooth.
Minimize distance between devices and the Soundbar. Avoid interference from other wireless devices (microwaves, routers). Ensure your body is not blocking the Bluetooth transceiver and the product is not on metal furniture.
Soundbar will not connect to Wi-Fi.
Ensure the wireless router is on and reboot it. Check for weak signal strength; move the router closer or remove obstacles.
The soundbar does not turn on automatically with the TV.
Power synchronization is disabled if the Soundbar is turned off while watching TV. Turn off the TV first.
