STATIC DISCHARGE: Climates in some parts of the world are conducive to creating static electric build up (ESD). Your scale has been designed to eliminate the damaging effects of ESD. In some extreme cases, ESD will be apparent on your scale by a lack of response or an inability to turn off the unit. In the rare case that this occurs, simply disconnect the battery, wait 1 minute and reconnect the battery. The scale will "reboot" itself and operate normally once the unit is turned on.

CLEAR/ZERO: ZERO - Long press to zero out the display if the weight is less than 2% of the scale capacity. (See check list below)

CLEAR - Press to perform CLEAR function in charging or recovery.

CHECKLIST (Prior to 1st Use) Your unit includes a 9V battery. Install battery. Place the platform on a flat surface and press on/off button to turn unit on. The scale will display full text > software version > HELLO > maximum capacity and division 110.050 > weight.
* The weight must be more than minimum capacity of the scale.
Proceed to BASIC or PROGRAMMED CHARGING.

BASIC CHARGING 1. Remove platform from case. 2. Place platform on level surface. 3. Press ON/OFF button to turn unit on. 4. Place DOT tank in center of platform and connect to liquid port. (Place disposable tank upside down). 5. Make sure the charging lines and the system are free of air using deep vacuum pump. (Follow vacuum instructions) 6. Press TARE/ENTER button ­ display will read zero. 7. Open the valve to begin charging. 8. When the desired amount is reached, close the valve. 9. Press ON/OFF button to turn unit off.

PROGRAM CHARGING 1. Repeat steps (1 through 5) in BASIC CHARGING. 2. Press CHARGE/PAUSE button. 3. Set amount of refrigerant you want to charge using CLEAR, , and SHIFT buttons. 4. Press ENTER to start. 5. Open the valve on the tank to begin charging. Just before charging is completed, a short alarm will sound, allowing
time to turn off supply. 6. When charging is completed, scale will sound an alarm again and display CH/END. Press any button to stop alarm. (If
the tank is empty and the charge is not complete, scale will stop automatically and display E-PTY, replace the tank and

press CHARGE/PAUSE to resume charging). 7. When the desired amount is reached, close the valve and press ON/OFF button to turn unit off. · This unit is preprogrammed for minimum and maximum cylinder weight of 0 kg / 110 kg. · To change cylinder weight setting, refer to INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING TANK CAPACITIES. REPEAT CHARGING 1. Press REPEAT to start charging the previously stored amount. 2. Open the valve. 3. When desired amount is reached, close the valve and press ON/OFF to turn unit off. (If scale was turned off, follow
steps (1 through 5) of BASIC CHARGING, then follow the REPEAT CHARGING steps). RECOVERY/RECYCLE 1. Repeat steps (1 through 7) in BASIC CHARGING. 2. Begin recycling. 3. The display indicates the amount of collected refrigerant when recycling is completed. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING TANK CAPACITY 1. Turn on the unit. 2. Select readout using UNIT/SHIFT. 3. Press UNIT/SHIFT again and hold down until the last digit in display "blinks". 4. Use CLEAR, , and SHIFT to input the empty tank weight. 5. Press ENTER to set the empty tank weight. The display will read "GOOD" to confirm. 6. Use CLEAR, , and SHIFT to input full tank weight. 7. Press ENTER to set the full tank weight. The display will read "GOOD - OUT" to confirm. 8. Press ON/OFF button to turn unit off. DO NOT OPERATE with a low battery. USING THE ELECTRONIC CHARGING SCALE AND THE MASTERCOOL CONNECT APP 1. Download the Mastercool Connect app to a hand-held smart device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 2. Press the power key on the digital scale keypad to turn on the device. 3. Launch the Mastercool Connect app on the mobile device.

4. Touch "SEARCH" on the Mastercool Connect app.
5. From the list of available devices, pick the digital scale. The digital scale should be listed as Raytac AT-UART.
6. Once the digital scale and the Mastercool Connect app are both linked the app will display what the digital scale is measuring in the selected unit.
7. To access the app options click on the main menu icon ( ) and the app options will be displayed.
8. To disconnect the app from the device open the main menu and hit disconnect. NOTE: Incompatibility issues may arise due to changes passed down from Apple® and AndroidTM platforms. Mastercool will continually monitor and update our app software. Please contact us with any connectivity issues. Mastercool will not warranty claims based on app incompatibilities.

LISTE DE CONTRÔLE (Avant la 1ère utilisation) Votre appareil comprend une pile 9V. Installez la batterie. 6. Une fois la charge terminée, la balance émettra à nouveau une alarme et affichera CH/END. Appuyez sur n'importe quel bouton pour arrêter l'alarme. (Si la bouteille est vide et la charge n'est pas complète, la balance s'arrêtera automatiquement et affichera E-PTY (VIDE), remplacez la bouteille et appuyez sur CHARGE/PAUSE pour reprendre la charge).
7. 5. Assicurarsi che le linee di ricarica e il sistema siano privi di aria utilizzando una pompa a vuoto profondo. (Seguire le istruzioni del vuoto)
6. Premere il pulsante TARE/ENTER: il display visualizzerà zero. 7. Aprire la valvola per iniziare la ricarica.
8. Quando viene raggiunta la quantità desiderata, chiudere la valvola.
9. Premere il pulsante ON/OFF per spegnere l'unità.

RICARICA DEL PROGRAMMA 1. Ripetere i passaggi da 1 a 5 in RICARICA BASE.

5. Aprire la valvola sul serbatoio per iniziare la ricarica. Appena prima che la ricarica sia completata, suonerà un breve allarme è ora di interrompere l'alimentazione.

CHECKLIST (vóór het eerste gebruik) Uw apparaat is voorzien van een 9V-batterij. Installeer de batterij. BASIC CHARGING - BASISVULLEN 1. Haal het platform uit de behuizing. 2. Plaats het platform op een vlakke ondergrond. 3. Druk op de ON/OFF-knop om het apparaat in te schakelen. 4. 5. Open de kraan op de fles om te beginnen met vullen. Vlak voordat het vullen is voltooid, klinkt er een kort alarm, geeft tijd om de kraan te sluiten.

7. Wanneer de gewenste hoeveelheid is bereikt, sluit u de klep en drukt u op de ON/OFF-knop om het apparaat uit te schakelen.

5. Abra a válvula do tanque para iniciar a carga. Pouco antes da carga ser concluída, um breve alarme soará, dando tempo para interromper o fornecimento.

5. Na lista de dispositivos disponíveis, escolha a balança digital. A balança digital deve ser listada como Raytac AT-UART.
6. Assim que a balança digital e o aplicativo Mastercool Connect estiverem vinculados, o aplicativo exibirá o que a balança digital está medindo na unidade selecionada.
