9. Dépannage

If you encounter issues with your DAC-R26II, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

Pas d'alimentation :

  • Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the DAC and the wall outlet.
  • Ensure the main Power Switch on the rear panel is in the 'ON' position.
  • Vérifiez le volumetage Selector on the rear panel is set correctly (115V or 230V) for your region.
  • Testez la prise de courant avec un autre appareil pour confirmer son bon fonctionnement.

Pas de sortie audio :

  • Confirm the correct input source is selected on the DAC's front panel or via remote.
  • Check all audio cables (XLR, RCA, digital inputs) for secure connections.
  • Assurez votre amplifier ou casque ampL'amplificateur est allumé et réglé sur la bonne entrée.
  • Verify the volume level on the DAC is not muted or set too low. If 'FIXED' mode is active, ensure your amplifier's volume is adjusted.
  • If using USB, ensure the correct drivers are installed on your computer (if applicable) and the DAC is selected as the output device.
  • For network streaming, ensure the DAC is connected to the network and the streaming service/app is configured correctly.

Intermittent Audio / Dropouts:

  • Check digital cable quality and length. Long or low-quality cables can cause signal degradation.
  • Assurez-vous que le sampling rate of the source matches the DAC's capabilities or is within its supported range.
  • If using network streaming, check your network connection stability and bandwidth.
  • If 'NOS MODE' is enabled with high-performance software, a click sound may occur when switching between different sampling formats. This is normal behavior for NOS mode.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please contact Gustard customer support for further assistance.
