4. Installation

4.1. Connexion électrique

  1. Branchez l'adaptateur secteur au port d'entrée d'alimentation de l'imprimante.

  3. Press and hold the power button on the printer to turn it on. The indicator light will illuminate.

4.2. Chargement des étiquettes

  1. Press the open button on the side of the printer to open the top cover.
  2. Adjust the blue paper guides to match the width of your thermal labels. The printer supports labels from 1 inch to 4.6 inches wide.
  3. Insert the thermal labels into the feed slot, ensuring the printable side (label side) faces upwards. The printer will automatically load the paper.

4.3. Connexion aux appareils

4.3.1. Connexion à un appareil mobile (Bluetooth)

  1. Download the 'Labelife' app from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
  2. Assurez-vous que Bluetooth est activé sur votre appareil mobile.
  3. Open the Labelife app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your PM-2411BT printer.

  1. For Windows or macOS, download the printer driver from the official TATTMUSE website. For Chrome OS, use the Labelife Chrome extension.

5. Mode d'emploi

5.1. Printing from Mobile Devices (Labelife App)

  1. Open the Labelife app on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Select the desired printing option (e.g., PDF printing, Image printing).

5.2. Printing from Computers (Windows/macOS/Chrome OS)

6. Entretien

6.1. Nettoyage de la tête d'impression

Regularly clean the print head to ensure optimal print quality and prolong the printer's lifespan.

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power adapter.
  2. Ouvrez le capot supérieur.
  3. Essuyez délicatement la tête d'impression avec une lingette imbibée d'alcool ou un chiffon doux non pelucheux.ampenrichi avec de l'alcool isopropylique.
  4. Laissez la tête d'impression sécher complètement avant de refermer le capot et de rallumer l'imprimante.

6.2. Cleaning the Rollers

If labels are not feeding smoothly, clean the rollers:

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power adapter.

  4. Allow the rollers to dry completely before closing the cover.
