Configuration et installation

Follow these steps to install your AUTO-VOX X8 Monitor Bracket:

1. Préparez la surface : Choose a clean, smooth, and flat surface for mounting (e.g., windshield, dashboard, RV wall). Ensure the surface is free of dust, grease, or moisture.
2. Apply Electrostatic Film (Optional, for windshield): If mounting on a windshield, apply the electrostatic film piece to the desired location first. This helps protect the windshield and provides a better surface for the suction cup.
3. Attach 3M Adhesive Pad (Optional, for dashboard): If mounting on a dashboard or textured surface, peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive pad and firmly press it onto the chosen spot. Allow it to set for a few minutes before attaching the mount.
4. Positionnez la ventouse : Remove the protective plastic film from the suction cup. Place the suction cup firmly onto the prepared surface or the 3M pad.
5. Fixez la ventouse : Press down the lever on the suction cup base to create a vacuum seal, ensuring a rock-solid hold.
6. Fixez le moniteur : Align the back of your compatible AUTO-VOX monitor (Solar 3A Plus/4B/5/WF1) with the mounting bracket on the X8 mount. Slide it into place until it clicks securely.
7. Adjust Initial Angle: Loosen the adjustment knob on the mount's arm to set the desired extension and angle. Tighten the knob to lock it in position.

Opération

The AUTO-VOX X8 mount offers flexible adjustments for optimal monitor positioning:

• Adjusting Arm Extension: Loosen the knob on the bendable arm to extend or retract the arm, then tighten to secure.
• Tilting the Monitor: The mount's ball head allows for 360° rotation and tilt. Loosen the corresponding knob, adjust the monitor to your preferred viewing angle, and then tighten the knob firmly.
• Repositionnement du support : To move the entire mount, simply lift the lever on the suction cup base to release the vacuum seal. Reposition the mount and re-secure the suction cup as described in the installation steps.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your suction cup mount:
