This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your TOTAL Delta Cordless Sander (Model TPSLI2014). Please read these instructions carefully before operating the tool and keep them for future reference. This sander is designed for detailed sanding tasks on wood and metal surfaces, particularly in corners and edges, offering portability and precision.

• 3 x Sanding Pads
• 3 x Delta Sanding Sheets (80 grit)

Note: Battery and charger are not included and must be purchased separately. This tool is compatible with TOTAL P20S series batteries.

Installation

1. Installation de la batterie

1. Assurez-vous que la ponceuse est éteinte.
2. Alignez le bloc-batterie avec l'orifice de la batterie sur la ponceuse.
3. Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is fully seated to prevent accidental disconnection during operation.
4. Pour retirer la batterie, appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage (s'il est présent) et faites glisser la batterie vers l'extérieur.

2. Sanding Sheet Attachment

1. Assurez-vous que la ponceuse est éteinte et que la batterie est retirée.
2. Select the appropriate delta-shaped sanding sheet for your task. The included sheets are 80 grit (medium).
3. Align the holes on the sanding sheet with the holes on the sanding pad for proper dust extraction.
4. Press the sanding sheet firmly onto the hook-and-loop surface of the sanding pad. Ensure it is centered and securely attached.
5. To remove, simply peel the sanding sheet off the pad.

Mode d'emploi

1. Utilisation générale

1. After installing the battery and sanding sheet, hold the sander firmly with both hands.
2. Position the sander flat on the workpiece surface.
3. Press the ON/OFF switch to start the sander.
4. Move the sander slowly and evenly across the surface. Apply light, consistent pressure. Avoid pressing too hard, as this can reduce efficiency and damage the workpiece or sander.
5. The delta shape allows access to tight corners and edges. Utilize the pointed tip for precision work.
6. When finished, lift the sander from the workpiece and press the ON/OFF switch to turn it off.

2. Tips for Effective Sanding

• Always sand with the grain of the wood for best results and to avoid scratches.
• Start with a coarser grit sandpaper if significant material removal is needed, then progress to finer grits for a smoother finish.
• Regularly check the sanding sheet for wear. A worn sheet will be less effective and can damage the surface.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in your work area to minimize dust inhalation.

Entretien

1. Nettoyage
