1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Relaxdays Heavy Duty Shelving Unit, Model 10047300. • Distribute weight evenly across shelves. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 100 kg per shelf or 500 kg total.

The Relaxdays Heavy Duty Shelving Unit features a boltless plug-in system for straightforward assembly without the need for screws or drilling. You can assemble the unit as one tall shelf (180 cm height) or two separate shorter shelves (approx. 90 cm height each).

4.2. Assemblage étape par étape

1. Préparer les composants : Unpack all parts and lay them out. Identify the uprights, crossbars (long and short), and MDF shelves. Ensure you have a rubber mallet and protective gloves.
2. Assembler le cadre de base : Begin by connecting the bottom sections of the uprights with the short and long crossbars to form a rectangular base. The plug-in system requires aligning the tabs on the crossbars with the slots on the uprights and gently tapping them into place with a rubber mallet until secure.
3. Attach Uprights and Crossbars: Continue building upwards by attaching the next set of upright sections and crossbars. Ensure all connections are firm and flush.
4. Insert MDF Shelves: Once a level of crossbars is securely in place, carefully place an MDF shelf onto the frame. The shelves rest within the frame created by the crossbars.
5. Repeat for Remaining Levels: Continue adding upright sections, crossbars, and MDF shelves until all 5 levels are complete. The height of each shelf is freely adjustable by selecting different slots on the uprights.
