1. Introduction

Welcome to the GreenPan Bistro Airfryer XL user manual. This appliance is designed to provide a healthier way to enjoy your favorite fried foods, using little to no oil. With its 7.2-liter capacity and 11 versatile presets, it's perfect for preparing meals for the whole family. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Consignes de sécurité importantes

4. Installation et première utilisation

1. Déballage: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the airfryer.
2. Nettoyage: Before first use, wash the frying basket and frying rack with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp tissu.
3. Placement: Place the airfryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of space on all sides.
4. Exécution initiale (facultative mais recommandée) : For the first use, it is recommended to run the airfryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Mode d'emploi

Fonctionnement général :

2. Pull out the frying basket using the cool-touch handle.

4. Slide the frying basket back into the airfryer until it clicks into place.

Simply press the corresponding icon on the LED display to select a preset. The airfryer will automatically set the optimal temperature and time for that food type. You can adjust these settings manually after selecting a preset if desired.

Manual Temperature and Time Setting:

If you prefer to set the temperature and time manually:

• Use the temperature control buttons (usually + and -) to set your desired cooking temperature (80°C to 200°C).
• Use the timer control buttons (usually + and -) to set your desired cooking time.

For best results, especially with certain foods, use the preheat function. Press the 'Preheat' button, set the desired temperature, and let the airfryer heat up before adding food.

Rappel de secousse :

Some recipes require shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping. The airfryer may prompt you with a 'Shake' reminder. Simply pull out the basket, shake the contents, and reinsert it to resume cooking.

Arrêt automatique:

The airfryer will automatically shut off when the cooking time is complete or if the basket is removed during operation. This is a safety feature.

Cleaning the Frying Basket and Rack:

• The frying basket and frying rack feature a healthy, PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating for easy cleaning.
