4. Installation
Before first use, wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The main mixer unit should be wiped clean with a damp tissu.

5. Mode d'emploi

- After attaching the desired accessories, plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
- Place the beaters/hooks into the ingredients you wish to mix.
- Slide the speed control switch to the desired speed setting (1-5). The mixer features a low-speed start at 550 RPM/Min to minimize splashing.
- For an extra burst of power, press and hold the "TURBO" button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
- When finished mixing, slide the speed control switch back to "0" (OFF) and unplug the mixer from the outlet.
