6.1. Panneau de configuration tactile
The front panel features intuitive touch controls for power, fan speed, and lighting.

- Decrease Speed/Turn Off: Wave your hand from right to left across the two sensing points. Each wave decreases the fan speed, eventually turning it off.
- Lumières: A quick wave can also activate the lights.

7. Entretien et nettoyage

7.1. Cleaning Baffle Filters
- The baffle filters should be cleaned regularly (e.g., monthly, depending on cooking frequency).
- To remove, locate the release latches on each filter, push them in, and pull the filter downwards.
- Filters are dishwasher safe or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
