2. Mise en route : Configuration initiale

3. Mode d'emploi

3.1 Mode de chronométrage

The watch normally displays the current time, day of the week, and date. The small world map display indicates the current time zone.

3.2 Mode Heure Mondiale

This watch can display the current time in 31 time zones (48 cities) around the world.

1. Entering World Time Mode: En mode Horloge, appuyez sur MODE button until 'WORLD TIME' appears on the display.
2. Viewing Other Time Zones: Utilisez le AVANT et INVERSE buttons to scroll through different city codes and view their current times.
3. Swapping Home City and World Time City: In World Time Mode, press the AJUSTER button to swap your Home City time with the currently displayed World Time City.

3.3 Mode alarme

The watch features 5 daily alarms and an hourly signal horaire.

3.4 Mode chronomètre

Le chronomètre mesure le temps écoulé, les temps intermédiaires et deux arrivées.

1. Passage en mode chronomètre : En mode Horloge, appuyez sur MODE button until 'STW' (Stopwatch) appears.
2. Démarrer/Arrêter : Appuyez sur le AVANT button to start and stop the stopwatch.
3. Remise à zéro: Lorsque le chronomètre est arrêté, appuyez sur INVERSE bouton pour le remettre à zéro.
4. Temps intermédiaire : Pendant que le chronomètre tourne, appuyez sur INVERSE bouton pour enregistrer un temps intermédiaire. Appuyez sur INVERSE again to return to elapsed time display.

3.5 Mode minuteur

The countdown timer can be set for a period of up to 24 hours.

1. Entering Countdown Timer Mode: En mode Horloge, appuyez sur MODE button until 'TMR' (Timer) appears.
