4. Configuration et installation

4.1 Déballage

4.2 Assemblage

1. Attach the agitator arm with the stainless steel blades to the motor shaft. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3. Ensure the agitator blades are submerged in the liquid to be mixed, but maintain sufficient clearance from the bottom and sides of the tank to prevent damage and allow for proper circulation.

• Verify that the mixer is securely mounted to the tank.
• Confirm that the air supply is connected and regulated to the correct pressure.
• Ensure the agitator blades are free to rotate and are properly submerged in the material.

5.2 Starting and Speed Adjustment

1. Slowly open the regulating switch located near the air inlet to start the pneumatic motor.
2. Adjust the regulating switch to control the mixing speed. Turn clockwise to increase speed and counter-clockwise to decrease speed. The mixer supports a speed range of 0-1440 revolutions per minute (r/min).
3. Begin mixing at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed, observing the material's consistency and avoiding splashing.

6. Entretien
