Installation

Déballage et placement :

1. Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Due to its weight (approx. 210 lbs), it is recommended to use appropriate lifting equipment or assistance.
2. Place the printer on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Remove all protective tapes and packing materials from the exterior and interior of the printer, including paper trays and the document feeder.

Connecting Power and Network:

1. Open the paper drawers (Tray 1 and Tray 2).
2. Adjust the paper guides to fit the size of the paper being loaded.

4. The 100-sheet bypass tray can be used for special media or smaller quantities.

Mode d'emploi

Copie de base :

1. Place the original document face-up in the document feeder or face-down on the scanner glass.
2. On the 8.5-inch color display, select the "Copy" function.
3. Adjust settings such as quantity, paper size, and duplexing as needed.
4. Appuyez sur le bouton Démarrer pour lancer la copie.

Impression depuis un ordinateur :

1. Ensure the printer drivers are installed on your computer. Drivers can typically be found on the manufacturer's support website.

Paper Jam Clearance:

• If a paper jam occurs, the display will show an error message and indicate the location of the jam.
• Carefully open the indicated covers or trays and gently pull the jammed paper in the direction of the paper path. Avoid tearing the paper.
• Close all covers securely after clearing the jam.
