Installation Requirements
To ensure proper installation, the following items are
required:
- Flash Link Updater or Flash Link Mobile tool for firmware
version and options. - RLINK Programming Tool for key bypass programming.
- Parts not included: TB-VW (key bypass), RLINK programming tool,
THARNESS THAR-VW6 or THAR-VW2, diodes, fuse, etc.
Programming Bypass Options
For vehicles without a functional hood pin, set function A11 to
OFF. Ensure the hood pin switch is installed for safety.
Installation Notes
It is mandatory to install the hood pin as a safety measure.
Installation must be done by a qualified technician to avoid
permanent vehicle damage.
Additional Tools for Installation
- Flash Link Updater or Flash Link Mobile for software
updates - Microsoft Windows computer with an internet connection or Flash

If the LED is not solid BLUE disconnect the 4-PIN Data-link harness (Black connector) and go back to step1.
