Assembly typically requires approximately 90 minutes to 3 hours. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps for ease and safety.

1. Unpack all components from the packaging and lay them out in a clear, open area. Verify all parts are present and undamaged against the provided parts list.
2. Attach the Main Pole to the Weighted Wheeled Base using the provided hardware. The base is pre-filled for stability and includes wheels for mobility.

3. Secure the Base Enclosure around the lower part of the Main Pole. This enclosure is designed to discreetly house the propane tank.

4. Install the Stainless Steel Drink Table onto the top of the Base Enclosure.
5. Attach the Swivel Arm Assembly to the Main Pole. Ensure the arm can move freely for heat direction but locks securely into position when desired.

6. Mount the Burner Head Assembly with Reflector onto the Swivel Arm. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.

7. Connect the propane hose and regulator to the burner assembly and carefully route it into the base enclosure.
8. Place a standard 20 lb propane tank (not included) inside the Base Enclosure and connect the regulator. Ensure the tank is upright and securely fastened.
9. Perform a leak test on all gas connections using a soapy water solution. Apply the solution to all connections; the appearance of bubbles indicates a leak. Do not operate the heater if a leak is detected. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary.

   • Open the valve on the propane tank fully.
   • Extend the swivel arm to the desired operating position and lock it securely.

   • Press the igniter button repeatedly until the pilot flame lights. Continue to hold the control knob in for 30-60 seconds after the pilot lights to allow the thermocouple to heat up and hold the pilot flame.
   • Once the pilot is stable, release the knob. If the pilot extinguishes, repeat the lighting process.
   • After the pilot is lit, turn the control knob to the "LOW" or "HIGH" position for desired heat output.
