3. محصول تمام شدview

The Nedis SFIND100BK is a compact and easy-to-use satellite signal strength meter. It features an analog meter for visual signal indication and a sensitivity control knob for fine-tuning measurements.

3.1 اجزاء

  • Analog Signal Meter: Displays the relative signal strength.
  • Sensitivity Control Knob: Adjusts the meter's sensitivity to prevent the needle from going off-scale.
  • 'TO LNB' Connector: F-type connector for connecting to the Low Noise Block (LNB) on the satellite dish.
  • 'TO REC' Connector: F-type connector for connecting to the satellite receiver.

4. راه اندازی

Follow these steps to connect the satellite signal strength meter:

  1. Ensure your satellite receiver is powered خاموش قبل از برقراری ارتباط
  2. Connect a coaxial cable from the LNB (Low Noise Block) on your satellite dish to the connector labeled 'TO LNB' on the signal meter.
  3. Connect another coaxial cable from the connector labeled 'TO REC' on the signal meter to the satellite input on your satellite receiver.
  4. Turn on your satellite receiver. The receiver will supply power to the LNB and the signal meter.
  5. Adjust the sensitivity control knob on the front of the meter to a mid-range position. The meter needle should move, indicating power and a baseline signal. If the needle is at maximum, reduce the sensitivity. If there is no movement, check your connections and power supply.

5. دستورالعمل های عملیاتی

Once the meter is connected and powered, you can begin aligning your satellite dish:

  1. With the satellite receiver powered on, observe the analog meter.
  2. Slowly adjust the azimuth (horizontal angle) of your satellite dish. Watch the meter needle for any increase in signal strength.
  3. Once you find a peak in azimuth, slowly adjust the elevation (vertical angle) of your satellite dish. Again, observe the meter for the highest possible reading.
  4. If the meter needle goes off the scale (to the maximum), turn the sensitivity control knob counter-clockwise to reduce the sensitivity. This will bring the needle back into the measurable range, allowing for finer adjustments.
  5. If the signal is too weak and the needle barely moves, turn the sensitivity control knob clockwise to increase the sensitivity.
  6. Continue to make small, incremental adjustments to both azimuth and elevation, reducing the sensitivity as the signal gets stronger, until you achieve the highest possible signal strength reading on the meter.
  7. Once the optimal signal is achieved, carefully tighten all dish mounting bolts to secure the dish in position. Monitor the meter during this process to ensure the signal does not drop.

  • Store the meter in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Regularly check coaxial cable connections for corrosion or damage.

7 عیب یابی

  • No meter movement:
    - Ensure the satellite receiver is powered on.
    - Check all coaxial cable connections between the LNB, meter, and receiver.
    - Verify that the LNB is receiving power from the receiver.
  • Weak or unstable signal:
    - Re-check dish alignment (azimuth and elevation).
    - Ensure there are no obstructions between the dish and the satellite.
    - Inspect the LNB for damage or misalignment.
    - Check the quality and condition of coaxial cables and connectors.
  • Meter needle stuck at maximum or minimum:
    - Adjust the sensitivity control knob to bring the needle into the measurable range.
    - If the needle remains stuck after adjustment, there may be an issue with the device or an extremely strong/weak signal.
