This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Corsair Carbide Series 100R Mid Tower Case. Please read this guide thoroughly before beginning your PC build to ensure proper assembly and functionality. This case is designed to accommodate ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini ATX motherboards.

راهنمای نصب

۱. آماده‌سازی پرونده

1. کیس را روی یک سطح صاف و پایدار قرار دهید.
2. Unscrew the two thumbscrews on the rear of the left side panel (windowed side) and carefully slide the panel backward, then lift it off.
3. Repeat for the right side panel (non-windowed side).

2. نصب مادربرد

1. Install your motherboard's I/O shield into the cutout at the rear of the case. Ensure it snaps securely into place.
2. Verify that the motherboard standoffs are correctly aligned for your motherboard's form factor (ATX, Micro ATX, or Mini ATX). Adjust or add standoffs from the accessory kit as needed.

2. Secure the PSU to the case using the four screws provided with your PSU.

4. نصب درایو

The Carbide Series 100R features tool-free installation for 5.25-inch and 3.5-inch drives, and screw-in support for 2.5-inch SSDs.

4.1. 5.25-inch Optical Drives

1. Remove the desired 5.25-inch front panel cover by pushing the clips from the inside of the case.
2. Slide your optical drive into the bay from the front until it clicks into place. The tool-free locking mechanism will secure it.

4.2. 3.5-inch Hard Drives

1. Gently pull out a 3.5-inch drive tray from the drive cage.
2. Flex the tray and insert your 3.5-inch hard drive into the tray until the pins align with the screw holes on the drive.
3. Slide the loaded tray back into the drive cage until it locks.

4.3. 2.5-inch SSDs

1. Gently pull out a 3.5-inch drive tray from the drive cage.
2. Place your 2.5-inch SSD onto the tray and secure it from the bottom of the tray using the small screws from the accessory kit.
3. Slide the loaded tray back into the drive cage until it locks.

Connect the front panel cables (USB 3.0, Audio, Power, Reset, HDD LED, Power LED) to the corresponding headers on your motherboard. Refer to your motherboard manual for exact header locations.

Utilize the cable routing channels and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to organize and hide cables. This improves airflow and aesthetics.

8. نصب فن

The case supports multiple fan configurations for optimal cooling:

• جلو: Two 120mm fans (one pre-installed 120mm fan is included).

Ensure fans are oriented correctly for intake or exhaust to create efficient airflow.

Once all components are installed and connected, replace both side panels. Ensure the thumbscrews are tightened. The case is designed for optimal airflow with proper fan configuration. Monitor component temperatures, especially during demanding tasks, to ensure stable operation.

Regular maintenance helps prolong the life of your components and maintains optimal performance.

• فیلترهای گرد و غبار: The Carbide Series 100R includes a removable dust filter at the bottom for the power supply intake. Regularly slide out and clean this filter to prevent dust buildup.
