Use & Exercises for the EZcise Hip Band
Example Exercises: These are only some of the exercises you can perform with your resistance bands. The bands are small, lightweight, and easy to carry, so you can exercise anywhere: at home, at the gym, outdoors, and more.
Instructions for Use: Use the resistance bands to train five key areas: legs, ankles, hips, back, arms, and shoulders. Exercise for 20 minutes a day.
- Before storing, clean and dry thoroughly
- Hand wash in cold water
- Do not use bleach of fabric softener
- Rinse thoroughly and dry
- Fold neatly
- Store in a dry, cool space with good ventilation
