Product Name: 096718 Owen Ringed Table Lamp

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Check all materials thoroughly before disposing of the box and packaging.
3. Ensure that the lamp is not plugged into an electrical outlet before assembly is completed.
4. Follow the steps below for assembly:
   1.  Attach the lampshade to the lamp base by aligning the notches and gently twisting it into place.
   2. Connect the lamp cord to the socket located at the bottom of the lamp base.
   3. Secure the lamp cord by tightening the provided cord clamp.
   4. Insert the light bulb into the socket and ensure it is securely screwed in.
   5. Place the lamp on a stable surface, ensuring it is balanced and upright.
5. Once the assembly is complete, plug the lamp into a suitable electrical outlet.
6. To turn the lamp on or off, use the switch located on the cord.
7. When not in use, unplug the lamp from the electrical outlet.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION: Do not plug the lamp into electrical outlet before assembly is completed.

1. Unpack all parts from carton carefully.
2. Place the Harp (C) on the Cradle (D).
3. Place the Shade (B) on the Harp (C) and secure with the Finial (A) until tightened.
4. Insert bulb of correct type and wattage. See label on lamp.
5. Remove protective plastic from the electrical plug
6. Insert the plug into the outlet.
