Software Installation

APP Download and Installation

  • Users can search”EseeCloud” on the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code below to install the APP.
  • Note: For iOS system, it requires iOS 9.0 or above.For Android, Android 5.1 or above.EseeCloud-SM1-Security-Camera-fig (1)

Account registration and login

  • Account registration: Open the APP, click Register”, enter your email or phone number to create an account.
  • Account login: On the login interface, enter the account/phone number/email and the corresponding password, and click the “0K” button to log in.
  • Third-party login: AThe PP supports third-party login. Click the third-party social software icon, jump to the APP to complete the authorization and log in.EseeCloud-SM1-Security-Camera-fig (2)
  1. Open the”EseeCloud” APP, and click the “+” icon in the upper right corner to enter the scan code interface;EseeCloud-SM1-Security-Camera-fig (3)
  2. Select the camera you want to add in the pop-up box of Discovering New Devices, and click the add button at the bottom (if you don’t see the pop-up box, please scan the
  3. QR code on the camera body); Select the WiFi that the camera needs to connect to, enter the password, and continue.

Add camera by WiFi configuration

  1. Open the APP, click the+” icon in the middle of the interface to enter the scan code interface;
  2. On the scan code interface, click “Other Add Methods” and select “Camera Scan QR Code to Add”;
  3. Check the camera indicator; when it is always on, continue;EseeCloud-SM1-Security-Camera-fig (4)
  4. Select the WiFi that the camera needs to connect to, enter the password, and continue;
  5. Use the camera to scan the QR code of the mobile phone according to the instructions in the picture, and click the button below after hearing the sound of the camera;

Safety Instructions

  1. Read the Manual Before Use: Carefully review all instructions before installing and operating the security camera.
  2. Use the Correct Power Supply: Connect the camera only to the recommended power source to prevent damage or electrical hazards.
  3. Avoid Water Exposure: Do not place the camera in areas where it can be submerged or exposed to excessive water unless it is rated for outdoor use.
  4. Protect the Power Cable: Keep cables away from sharp edges, heat sources, and areas where they may be damaged.
  5. Install Securely: Ensure the camera mounting bracket is firmly attached to a stable surface to prevent falling or misalignment.
  6. Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not operate the camera outside its specified temperature range.
  7. Keep Ventilation Open: Do not cover ventilation openings or place the camera near heat-producing equipment.

FCC  Statement

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Troubleshooting

  • Camera not shown in auto-discovery: If you do not see the discovering new devices pop-up, manually scan the QR code located on the camera body.
  • QR/Wi‑Fi add method guidance: On the QR/Wi‑Fi method, check the camera’s status indicator and proceed once it remains lit steadily.
