Setup Instructions
Step 1
Connect the power cable (A) to the power source.
Step 2
For Warrior:
- Connect the gas hose (B) to the gas cylinder.
- Adjust the polarity as needed.
For Origo:
- Connect the gas hose (B) to the gas cylinder.
- Adjust the polarity as needed.
Step 3
Connect the welding cable (B) to the appropriate socket.
Step 4
Attach the welding torch to the EURO or TWECO connector.
Step 5
Load the wire spool into the feeder and adjust the tension.
Step 6
For Warrior:
- Turn the AVS switch to the “I” position.
For Origo:
- Turn the main switch to the “I” position.
Step 7
Ensure all connections are secure and power on the unit.

For Warrior (without upgrade kit) and Origo:
- Adjust voltage (V) and amperage (A) using the control knobs.
