Important: For the first-time use after receiving the goods, please charge the Bluetooth headset using the provided charging wire until fully charged. This ensures optimal battery life.
Important: Do not use super-fast charging with a current above 2A, as this may damage the circuit chip due to excessive current.
Pairing and Connection
To pair your earbuds:
- Open the charging case cover and remove the earphones. Initially, both earphones will flash alternately between red and blue.
- Once paired with each other, one earphone's light will flash red and blue, while the other earphone's light will turn off. This indicates successful pairing between the earbuds.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Search for the device named "Digital Pro 4" and click to connect.
- Upon successful connection, both headphone lights will turn off.
Note on Single Earbud Sound: If only one earbud has sound, first delete the "SP9X" device from your phone's Bluetooth list, turn off your phone's Bluetooth, and then re-pair the earphones by following the steps to enter TWS mode again.
Earphone Touch Control
The earphone touch control area is marked in red circle on the earbud.
Touch Functions:
- Single Tap: Answer or hang up a call.
- Double Tap: Play previous or next track.
- Triple Tap: Decrease or increase volume.
- Long Press (1.5s): Activate Siri or voice assistant.
Charging Method
Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port. Ensure the cable is fully inserted.
The charging compartment display will show a flashing number indicating the charging progress. When the display shows "100", the charging compartment is fully charged. The display also shows the power level.
