About the VITURE One Neckband
The VITURE One Neckband is designed for comfort and portability, offering streaming, remote play, and cloud gaming capabilities. It features 128GB of storage and supports full SBS 3D video (3840x1080) and 3DoF for an immersive XR experience when paired with VITURE XR Glasses.
Key Features and Controls
The Neckband features several buttons for control:
- 1 Power: Turns the device on/off.
- 2 Volume: Adjusts audio volume.
- 3 Settings: Accesses device settings.
- 4 Voice Assistant: Activates the voice assistant.
- 5 3D Player: Opens the 3D media player.
- 6 D-pad: Navigation control.
- 7 OK: Selects an option.
- 8 Back: Returns to the previous screen.
- 9 Home: Returns to the home screen.
Getting Started
- Connect Game Controller: Before remote play, connect a Bluetooth controller to the Neckband. Ensure the controller is in pairing mode. Wireless keyboards and mice can also be connected via Bluetooth.
- Neckband Remote App: Download the 'Neckband Remote' app on your mobile device to wirelessly control the Neckband. This app is useful for signing into applications and is compatible with mobile apps.
- Access Essential Apps: The Neckband includes a built-in browser called TV Bro. Access its homepage to download and install Gapps and other essential applications.
- Ambient Mode: Minimize the virtual screen to the corner of your vision to focus on real-world tasks. Activate by double-clicking the Settings button.
- Remote Play: Enjoy remote play from your PS5, Xbox, and PC. A guide for remote play setup is available.
- 3D Player: Copy your favorite movies, 3D, and VR videos to the Neckband's storage or connect a USB flash drive to watch and manage your files. Ensure USB Host is enabled in settings to connect a USB drive.
Safety and Usage Guidelines
General Precautions:
- Read the user manual thoroughly before use.
- Do not use if the product is damaged.
- Avoid wet or humid environments. Optimal operating temperature is 0°C to 35°C.
- When using with VITURE One XR Glasses, avoid using on stairs, near open doors, windows, balconies, or open flames.
- Do not use while performing activities requiring full environmental awareness (e.g., running, cycling, driving).
- If the device feels uncomfortably warm, stop use immediately and disconnect it.
- Do not expose the device to liquids. Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong physical impact.
- Do not use with unauthorized accessories. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself.
- Keep out of reach of children under 16.
Overheating Precautions:
- The device may become warm during use due to power consumption. If it feels uncomfortably warm, remove it and disconnect it until it cools down.
- Operate only within the 0°C to 35°C temperature range.
- Disconnect the USB-C cable when not in use.
- Do not place the product in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Storage Instructions:
- Do not store or use in wet or extremely humid environments.
- Optimal storage temperature is 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F).

All products are covered by a 365-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse, drops, or liquid contact.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
