1. Charge Your Clip
Your Clip is rechargeable using the included charging cable. Ensure it is fully charged before first use.
How to charge:
- Plug the USB end into a power adapter or USB port (e.g., your laptop).
- Plug the USB-C end into the Pebblebee Clip.
- The LEDs on the Clip will pulsate while charging and show a solid light when fully charged.
Note: The battery is built-in and not replaceable. Opening or tampering with the device voids the warranty.
2. Works with Apple Find My™
The Pebblebee Clip is compatible with the Apple Find My network. This network utilizes hundreds of millions of Apple devices globally, offering advanced end-to-end encryption and industry-leading security to help you locate your belongings securely within the Find My app.
Important: You can use the Pebblebee Clip with either the Apple Find My network OR the Pebblebee App. Using one network prohibits the use of the other. To switch networks, you must perform a factory reset.

Use of the 'Works with Apple' badge indicates that the product has been designed to work specifically with the technology identified in the badge and has been certified by the manufacturer to meet Apple Find My network product specifications and requirements. Apple is not responsible for the operation of this device or its compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Set up Clip in the Find My app:
- Double-press the Pebblebee logo on the front of the Clip until you hear a confirmation sound.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the '+' icon.
- Select 'Add Other Item' and follow the on-screen instructions.
How to remove an item from the Find My app:
- Navigate to the item's page in the Find My app.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap 'Remove item', then confirm by tapping 'Remove'.
3. Works with Pebblebee App
Note: If you choose to use the Pebblebee App, you will not have access to the Apple Find My network.
- Download the free Pebblebee App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Follow the in-app instructions for setup.
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that you have granted location permissions to the Pebblebee app. For detailed instructions, visit help.pebblebee.com.
- Allow the Pebblebee app to always access your location. This is crucial for the app to locate your valuables at all times and notify you of the last known location if an item is lost.
- Attach the Clip to your desired items.
4. Factory Resetting Your Clip
To transfer ownership or switch between the Apple Find My network and the Pebblebee App, perform a factory reset:
- Locate the button on the front of the Clip, beneath the Pebblebee logo.
- Press the button three times. On the third press, press and hold the button until you hear the third beep, then release.
- An audible confirmation will sound.
This resets the device, allowing you to use it with either the Apple Find My network or the Pebblebee App.
5. How to Disable Find My
To stop sharing the location of your Clip:
- Locate the button on the front of the Clip, beneath the Pebblebee logo.
- Double-press the button. On the second press, press and hold until you hear the second beep, then release.
- An audible confirmation will sound.
6. Use and Care
Proper operation of your Clip device is essential.
Water Resistance
The Clip has an IPX6 rating for water resistance, meaning it can withstand high-pressure, heavy sprays of water but is not suitable for swimming.
Environmental Requirements
For optimal performance, keep the Clip stored and operating within the following temperature ranges:
- Operating temperature: 5°F to 113°F (-15°C to 43°C)
- Storage temperature: -4°F to 130°F (-20°C to 54°C)
Ensure the device is dry before charging. Charging a wet device will void the warranty.
7. Limited Warranty
Pebblebee offers a 1-year limited warranty against product defects, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, water damage, product modifications, or failure to follow usage instructions. Pebblebee will replace defective products upon receipt.
For warranty claims, please contact support@pebblebee.com. The support team can resolve most issues and provide exchange instructions for eligible devices.
8. Safe Electrical Disposal
When your device reaches the end of its lifespan, please dispose of it at a local e-waste center for proper recycling and disposal, helping to protect our environment. Contact your local authorities to find a certified e-waste center near you.
