1. Download APP
Tips one: Scan QR code to download the iCSee app.
Tips two: Search for "iCSee" in the App Store and download it.
2. Start Up The Device
01. After installing the device in the corresponding position, connect the device to the power adapter.
After a few seconds, you should hear the "Start Quick Configuration" prompt from the camera. Then, follow Step 3 for quick configuration.
Note: For local storage, install the memory card before powering on the device. The memory card does not support hot swapping. Cloud storage is recommended for safety and convenience.
3. Camera Configuration
01. User Login
- Connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
- Open the iCSee app, register an account, and log in.
02. Quick Configuration
- After successful login, click the "+" button.
- Click "WiFi Camera".
- Follow the step-by-step guide in the app and the camera's voice prompts to set up the network configuration.
- When the camera prompts "Connect router successfully", the network configuration is complete.
Note: The camera will prompt "wait be connect" after powering on. If it doesn't prompt, long-press the reset button to restore factory settings. A short press of the reset button can wake up the device for network configuration.
- After successful network configuration, follow the app instructions to set the camera password and name.
- The device will appear in the device list. Click to open the real-time preview screen for operations and settings.
4. Cloud Storage
Click the "cloud storage" or "cloud" icon in the device list interface. Follow the app's guidance to explore and open cloud storage packages.
Cloud Storage Features:
- Cloud recording: Stores dynamic video recordings, preventing loss or damage.
- Infinite space: Stores alarm recordings without quantity or size limitations within the expiration date.
- Real-time alarm: Pushes short alarm videos to your mobile when human movement is detected.
- Quick searching: Pushes short videos to your mobile according to time sequence for efficient searching.
- Safe and reliable: All dynamic video recordings are encrypted and uploaded to the cloud.
Installation Instructions
Ensure the camera is successfully added before installation. The wall must support at least 3 times the camera's weight.

FAQ
Q: How does the camera store recordings?
A: 1. Local TF card storage (max 128GB, loop recording). 2. Cloud storage.
Q: What to do if the device access password is forgotten?
A: Restore the device to factory settings, reconnect, and set a new password.
Q: What to do if the camera cannot connect or is offline?
A: 1. Check power supply and router. 2. Restart the camera. 3. Restore to factory settings and re-add the device.
Q: Is 5G router supported?
A: If 5G and 2.4G use the same SSID, connect directly. If they have different SSIDs, connect your phone to the 2.4G hotspot before configuring the camera.
Notice
- Change the default password to prevent unauthorized access.
- Do not install in damp, dusty, or child-accessible areas.
- Use and store within the specified temperature and humidity range. Do not disassemble the equipment.
FCC Compliance
