Camera Components and Status Indicators

The camera features several key components and a status light to indicate its operational state:

Setup and Pairing Instructions

Note: This camera operates only on a 2.4GHz WiFi network, not a 5GHz WiFi network. Consult your router manual for WiFi settings.

Before starting, ensure you have your network name (SSID) and password readily available.

Download the LSC Smart Connect App: Download the LSC Smart Connect app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the original document to access the app.
Add Device in App: Open the LSC Smart Connect App. Tap "+" or "Add Device". On the "Select Device Type" page, choose "Others", then select "Smart Security Camera".
Power On and Prepare for Pairing: Power on the camera. Ensure the indicator light is flashing quickly or a prompt tone is heard, indicating it's ready for pairing.
Input WiFi Password: In the app, enter your WiFi password and tap "Confirm".
Scan QR Code: Position your mobile device with the displayed QR code approximately 20 cm (8 inches) in front of the camera lens for the camera to scan it.
Confirm Pairing: Once the camera emits a "dong dong dong" sound (or three beeps), tap "I heard the beep" in the app. The setup process should complete within approximately 30 seconds.

Important Pairing Information:

A single device can only be paired with one app account at a time.
If the device has been previously paired with another account, it cannot be paired to a new account until it is removed from the original app account.
The device will automatically reset once the blue status light changes to red, indicating it has been successfully removed from an account.

Installation Guide

Follow these steps to physically install your LSC Smart Connect Outdoor IP Camera:

Mark Drilling Points: Hold the camera's base against the desired mounting surface and mark the positions for the three screw holes.
Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions suitable for the supplied plugs.
Insert Plugs: Insert the wall plugs into the drilled holes.
Mount Camera Base: Align the camera base with the drilled holes and secure it using the supplied screws.
Adjust Camera Angle: Once the base is securely mounted, adjust the camera to your desired viewing angle. The camera can be rotated and tilted to cover the desired area.
Secure Camera: Ensure the camera is firmly locked in place after adjusting its position to prevent accidental movement.
