DO NOT LAY THE CABLE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE CONTROL PANEL CABLE! WHILE ROUTING THE CONTROL PANEL CABLE DO NOT COIL THE EXTRA LENGTH. The SE1 Vento Eco control panel is positioned based on the general project draft of the Vento Eco ventilator control system for a specific facility. Caution! The control panel must be reliably secured in the working position on a smooth surface. The design and structure of the Vento Eco ventilator control system is outlined in the CT1 Vento Eco controller's user manual. The control panel is connected to the CT1 Vento Eco controller by means of a J-Y(St)Y 2x2x0.8 signal wire. The wiring length of the line connecting the SE1 Vento Eco panel to the CT1 Vento Eco controller must not exceed 100 m. Mounting sequence 1. Prepare a niche in the wall for the mounting box. Route the wire to the site where the control panel is secured. Fixed wiring must be routed in the building's walls. Install the mounting box. 2. Use a screwdriver to detach the panel casing's parts by carefully pressing the latch on the side of the casing. Ventilation hole in the integrated humidity sensor 5 www.blaubergventilatoren.de 3. Connect the cable to the terminal on the back side of the casing following the label on the panel casing. Use the holes to attach the casing to the mounting box by means of screws. The screws that connect the control panel to the mounting box are included in the delivery set. 4. Set up the control panel using DIP switches (see description in the "Control" section). 5. Fix the display on the casing by pressing on it and latching it. Caution! Each time the control panel is turned on, the buttons on the panel's touchscreen are set up automatically. Turn on the control system after installing the display on the panel's casing only. If the indicator is lit, the ventilation system is ON. The speed selection sequence for ventilators in this panel's control zone is as follows: I-II-III by tapping the button. The number of lit indicators indicates the current speed. When managing the control zone with both SE1 Vento Eco and SE2 Vento Eco panels simultaneously, and the latter is operating in the "Schedule" mode, switching speeds using the SE1 Vento Eco panel is disabled. When the speed is set to 0 on the SE2 Vento Eco panel by schedule, all the three LED lights on the SE1 Vento Eco go out. Initially the button is inactive. After the filter maintenance timer runs out (90 days), the button becomes active. The indicator lights up continuously. The filters require cleaning or replacing. The filter replacement timer must be reset after maintenance. To reset the the timer, tap the filter button. The indicator goes out. When the button is tapped, the ventilators in the control area of this panel switch between Ventilation and Regeneration modes. If the indicator is lit, the system is operating in the Regeneration mode. When the button is tapped, the ventilator timers in the control zone managed by this panel are enabled / disabled. When tapped once, a 4-hour timer is activated for the ventilators to operate in the Ventilation mode at maximum speed. When tapped twice, an 8-hour timer is activated for the ventilators to operate in the Ventilation mode at minimum speed. When tapped three times, the timers are deactivated, and the ventilators return to their original settings. During the timer's operation, the button LED stays continuously lit. During the timers' operation the system does not respond to triggered sensors. When the timer expires, the settings are reset as before the timer was turned on. The timer can also be stopped using the ON/OFF button. 8 www.blaubergventilatoren.de The button enables / disables the integrated humidity sensor. When the integrated humidity sensor is activated with the button, the ventilation system starts operating so that when the sensor is triggered, all the ventilators switch to maximum speed in the Ventilation mode. After the air humidity in the room where the control panel is installed drops below the sensor trigger level, the system automatically returns to the settings that were in place before the sensor was triggered. The in-built sensor trigger level settings are given in the "Setting up the control panel via a DIP switch" section. When the humidity sensor is activated, the button's LED light is constantly lit; if the sensor is triggered, the LED flashes. When the in-built sensor is active, the system does not respond to triggered the relay sensor connected to the CT1 Vento Eco panel. If the humidity sensor is disabled, tap the button again. If there is no power supply, the preset parameters are saved in non-volatile random-access memory of the control panel. TROUBLESHOOTING Trouble Possible reasons Troubleshooting The system does not run. Power supply units are offline. Make sure the power supply units are connected correctly, otherwise troubleshoot a connection error. There is no constant voltage of +24V at the Disconnect the system from power supply.
