Issue 1: Earbuds or charging case couldn't be charged.
Cause 1: The charging contacts of earbuds or case are dirty.
Troubleshooting: Please clean them as below:
To clean the charging contacts of the earbuds, gently wipe the charging contact points on the earbuds with a cleaning stick (not included). For the charging case, clean the charging pins inside the case with a cleaning stick (not included).
Cause 2: Incorrect charging cable.
Troubleshooting: Use a USB-C cable to charge these earbuds.
Ensure the charging setup includes a USB-C charging cable (included) connected to the charging case, which receives input DC 5V from an adapter (not included).
Issue 2: Sound Cut in/out or connected/disconnected.
Cause 1: There is electromagnetic interference around earbuds.
Troubleshooting: Please keep away from these interference sources. Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic signals, such as near large antennas or broadcasting equipment.
Cause 2: The distance between earbuds and phone is over 33 feet.
Troubleshooting: Please keep the distance less than 33 feet (without obstacle). Maintain proximity between the earbuds and the connected device for stable connection.
Cause 3: The Earbuds are in low battery or high temperature.
Troubleshooting: Please use a USB-C cable to charge the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are charged using the provided USB-C cable and an adapter (not included). Avoid using the earbuds in excessively high temperatures.
After eliminating the above causes, please re-pair these earbuds with your phone.
Issue 3: The sound for calls is poor or small.
Cause 1: Only wearing the sub earbud.
Troubleshooting: Please wear two earbuds for calls and keep the left earbud's microphone close to your mouth. If only one earbud is worn, keep the other one in the charging case and close the lid of the case.
Cause 2: The microphone hole was blocked.
Troubleshooting: Please clean the microphone hole. Use a cleaning stick (not included) to gently clear any debris from the microphone hole on the earbud.
Cause 3: The grilles or the ear tips are dirty.
Troubleshooting: Please clean as below:
Clean the protective grille of the earbud using a cleaning stick (not included) to remove any dirt or debris. Also, ensure the ear tips are clean.
Issue 4: Earbuds can pair with phone, but couldn't pair with PC/Pad.
Cause 1: These earbuds connected with a previous device automatically.
Troubleshooting: Turn off the previous device's Bluetooth before pairing with a new device.
Steps for previous device: Access Bluetooth settings on the previous device. If the X08 earbuds are listed as connected, select them and choose "Disconnect" or "Forget This Device".
Steps for new device: On the new device (PC/Pad), go to Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned "On". Search for and connect to "X08" in the list of available devices.
Cause 2: The Bluetooth version is too old.
Troubleshooting: Please connect with a device which has Bluetooth version 4.0 or over 4.0.
Issue 5: These earbuds have static noise or a constant buzzing sound.
Cause 1: The signal and connection between the earbuds and your device are affected by electronic interference emitted by devices like microwave ovens, WiFi routers, signal lights, or devices in airports/metro stations, etc.
Troubleshooting:
- Please clean the grilles.
- Try to use the earbuds in different locations and see whether the static noise is less or gone.
- Keep a distance from electromagnetic interference sources.
- Turn off the devices nearby that may cause interference.
- If the problem persists, please contact the product manufacturer or seller for further assistance or replacement.
Issue 6: Wear Issue
Cause 1: Don't wear correctly or use the suitable eartips.
Troubleshooting:
Step 1: Choose the comfortable eartips.
The earbuds come with eartips in three sizes: Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). The dimensions for these eartips are approximately: S (10.86mm base diameter, 12.07mm height, 3.10mm nozzle diameter, 4.30mm nozzle length), M (11.95mm base diameter, 13.17mm height, 3.10mm nozzle diameter, 4.30mm nozzle length), L (13.41mm base diameter, 14.63mm height, 3.10mm nozzle diameter, 4.30mm nozzle length). Select the size that provides the best fit and comfort.
Step 2: Wear it in ear and adjust to a comfortable position.
Please put the right and left headphones on the correct ear. Insert the earbud into your ear canal and gently adjust its position until it feels secure and comfortable.
Issue 7: The music sound is poor or bad.
Cause 1: Don't use the suitable eartips.
Troubleshooting: Choose the suitable eartips after receiving the product. Refer to the eartip selection guide in Issue 6 for proper sizing.
Cause 2: The grilles or the ear tips are dirty.
Troubleshooting: Please clean as below:
Clean the protective grille of the earbud using a cleaning stick (not included) to remove any dirt or debris. Ensure the ear tips are also clean.
Cause 3: The earbuds inside are wet.
Troubleshooting: Please shake the earphones to let the water come out.
