2. Configuración

2.1 Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

2.2 Emparejamiento con un dispositivo

2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights (if applicable).

2.3 Cómo usar los auriculares

Select the eartips that provide the best fit and seal for your ears. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them. A proper fit enhances sound quality and noise isolation.

3. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

3.1 Encendido y apagado

• Encendido: Abre el estuche de carga o saca los auriculares. Se encenderán automáticamente.
• Apagado: Vuelve a colocar los auriculares en el estuche de carga y cierra la tapa. Se apagarán automáticamente y comenzarán a cargarse.

3.2 Controles táctiles

The AWEI S1 Ultra earbuds feature smart touch controls on each earbud. The functions are as follows:

• Reproducir/Pausa: Un solo toque en cualquiera de los auriculares.
• Siguiente canción: Toque dos veces el auricular derecho.
• Canción anterior: Toque dos veces el auricular izquierdo.
• Sube el volumen: Toca tres veces el auricular derecho.
• Bajar volumen: Toca tres veces el auricular izquierdo.
• Responder/Finalizar llamada: Un solo toque en cualquiera de los auriculares durante una llamada entrante.
• Rechazar llamada: Mantenga presionado cualquiera de los auriculares durante 2 segundos durante una llamada entrante.
• Activar asistente de voz: Mantenga presionado cualquiera de los auriculares durante 3 segundos (cuando no esté en una llamada).

3.3 Modo de auricular único

You can use either earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used by another person.

The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology for clearer calls, reducing background noise for both you and the person you are speaking with.

4. Mantenimiento

4.1 Carga de los auriculares y el estuche

The earbuds provide approximately 6 hours of playback on a single charge. The 300mAh charging case extends the total playback time to about 30 hours. The charging case can be fully charged in approximately 1 hour via the Type-C port.

4.2 Limpieza y cuidado

The earbuds are rated IPX5 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat and light rain. To clean, gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry.

4.3 Almacenamiento

Cuando no los uses, guarda los auriculares en su estuche de carga para protegerlos y mantenerlos cargados. Guárdalos en un lugar fresco y seco, alejado de temperaturas extremas.

5. Solución de problemas

• Los auriculares no se emparejan: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode. On your device, forget the "AWEI S1 Ultra" from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Solo funciona un auricular: Place both earbuds back in the charging case. Close the lid and then open it again. This should reset the connection between the two earbuds.
• Sin sonido: Comprueba el volumen tanto en tu dispositivo como en los auriculares. Asegúrate de que los auriculares estén bien conectados al dispositivo.
• Problemas de carga: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is free of debris.
