2. Instrucciones de seguridad

- POWER Indicator (Red): Se ilumina cuando la máquina está encendida.
- READY Indicator (Green): Illuminates when the machine has reached the selected operating temperature.
- TEMP °C Dial: Used to select the desired lamination temperature (80°C to 180°C).
- HOT/COLD Switch: Selects between thermal (hot) and pressure-sensitive (cold) lamination modes.
- FORWARD/REVERSE Switch: Controls the direction of the rollers. Use REVERSE to clear jams.

4. Configuración

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
5.1 Thermal Lamination (Hot)
- Encendido: Flip the ON/OFF switch to 'ON'. The red POWER indicator will light up.
- Seleccionar modo: Set the HOT/COLD switch to 'HOT'.
- Temperatura establecida: Rotate the TEMP °C dial to the appropriate temperature for your laminating pouch thickness. Refer to the table below for recommended settings.
- Precalentar: Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the machine to preheat. The green READY indicator will light up when the selected temperature is reached.
- Preparar documento: Coloque su documento dentro de una bolsa de laminación, asegurándose de que esté centrado y que haya un borde uniforme alrededor del documento.
- Laminado: Insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch squarely into the entry slot. The machine will automatically feed the pouch through. Do not pull or push the pouch.

- Apagado: After use, turn the ON/OFF switch to 'OFF' and unplug the machine.
5.2 Ajustes de temperatura recomendados
The optimal temperature depends on the thickness of your laminating pouch. Using a carrier is recommended for thinner pouches or delicate documents to prevent adhesive bleed and ensure smooth feeding.

5.3 Laminación en frío
For heat-sensitive documents or self-adhesive pouches, use the cold lamination setting.
- Encendido: Coloque el interruptor ON/OFF en 'ON'.
- Seleccionar modo: Set the HOT/COLD switch to 'COLD'.
- Preparar documento: Place your document inside a cold laminating pouch.
- Laminado: Insert the sealed edge of the pouch squarely into the entry slot. The machine will feed it through using pressure.
- Apagado: After use, turn the ON/OFF switch to 'OFF' and unplug the machine.
5.4 Función inversa
If a laminating pouch is misfed or begins to jam, immediately flip the FORWARD/REVERSE switch to 'REVERSE' to eject the pouch. Once the pouch is clear, return the switch to 'FORWARD' or 'OFF'.
