3. Configuración y montaje

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your evoloop Cold Press Juicer:

1. Coloque la base del motor sobre una superficie estable, plana y seca.
2. Align the juicing bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it clicks into place securely.
3. Insert the chosen filter (juice filter for juicing, ice cream filter for ice cream) into the juicing bowl.
4. Place the spiral auger into the center of the filter, twisting slightly until it seats firmly.
5. Attach the feed chute assembly onto the juicing bowl, aligning the arrows and twisting clockwise until it locks. The safety lock will engage.
6. Position the juice container under the juice spout and the pulp container under the pulp spout.
7. Ensure the anti-drip cap on the juice spout is open before starting operation.

4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

4.1 Preparación de los ingredientes

• Lave bien todas las frutas y verduras.
• Remove any hard pits, large seeds, or thick skins (e.g., citrus peels, pineapple skin).
• Cut ingredients into appropriate sizes to fit the feed chutes. For the 3.2-inch wide chute, larger pieces are acceptable. For the smaller chute, strip vegetables should be cut accordingly.

4.2 Juicing Operation

1. Ensure the juice filter is installed and the juice and pulp containers are in place.
2. Plug the juicer into a power outlet. The touchscreen will illuminate.
3. Select the appropriate mode on the touchscreen based on the hardness of your ingredients (e.g., Hard, Medium, Soft, Vegetable, Juice).
4. Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the appropriate feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them down. Do not force ingredients.

6. If ingredients become jammed, press the 'Reverse' button on the touchscreen to clear the blockage. Release the button once cleared, then resume juicing.

4.3 Ice Cream Making Operation

To make fruit ice cream, ensure you have frozen fruits prepared.

1. Disassemble the juicer and replace the juice filter with the ice cream filter. Reassemble the remaining parts.
2. Plug in the juicer and select the 'Ice Cream' mode on the touchscreen.
3. Slowly feed small pieces of frozen fruit into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them.
4. The juicer will process the frozen fruit into a soft-serve consistency, which will dispense into the juice container.

5. Mantenimiento y limpieza
