4. Configuración

4.1. Carga de los auriculares y el estuche

1. Cargue el estuche de carga: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress.
2. Cargue los auriculares: Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. Ensure the charging contacts align. The earbuds will begin charging automatically. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status of each earbud.
3. Indicación de carga completa: The LED display will show '100' when the charging case is fully charged. Earbud charging indicators will turn off or show full when complete.

4.2. Emparejamiento Bluetooth

4. Confirmar conexión: Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone or voice prompt from the earbuds. The earbuds are now ready for use.
5. Vuelva a conectar: After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the charging case and Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

5.1. Encendido y apagado

• Encendido: Abra el estuche de carga o mantenga presionado el área de control táctil en ambos auriculares durante 3 segundos.
• Apagado: Coloque los auriculares nuevamente en el estuche de carga y cierre la tapa, o mantenga presionado el área de control táctil en ambos auriculares durante 5 segundos.

5.2. Reproducción de música

• Reproducir/Pausa: Toque una vez el área de control táctil en cualquiera de los auriculares.
• Pista siguiente: Toque dos veces el área de control táctil en el auricular derecho.
• Pista anterior: Toque dos veces el área de control táctil en el auricular izquierdo.

5.3. Gestión de llamadas

• Responder/Finalizar llamada: Toque una vez el área de control táctil en cualquiera de los auriculares.
• Rechazar llamada: Mantenga presionada la zona de control táctil en cualquiera de los auriculares durante 2 segundos.

5.4. Asistente de voz

• Activar asistente de voz: Triple tap the touch control area on either earbud.

5.5. Cancelación de ruido

The Mobo Bluetooth Cast Headphones feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). To activate or deactivate ANC, long-press the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt indicating the mode change.

6.1. Limpieza

• Regularly clean the ear tips with a soft, dry cloth to remove earwax or debris.

• Los auriculares no se emparejan: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
• No hay sonido en un auricular: Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again. This can reset their connection.
• Problemas de carga: Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case. Ensure the USB cable is securely connected and the power source is functional.
• Mala calidad de sonido: Asegúrese de que los auriculares estén bien ajustados. Compruebe si la fuente de audio presenta algún problema.
