Información de seguridad

  • Ensure the pump is installed vertically on a flat surface or wall.
  • Do not submerge the pump. It is a non-submersible pump.
  • Desconecte siempre la alimentación antes de realizar cualquier mantenimiento o instalación.
  • The high-level safety switch should be connected to the HVAC equipment to prevent overflow by cutting off power.
  • Avoid blocking the air vents around the motor housing.
  • For first-time installation, manually fill the water tank to ensure the pump operates correctly.
  • If connecting to multiple appliances, ensure the total inflow does not exceed the pump's rated output.

Configuración e instalación

  1. Desembalaje: Retire con cuidado la bomba y todos los accesorios del embalaje. Inspeccione si presentan daños.
  2. Remove Red Cushioning Pad: Before first use, locate and remove the red cushioning pad from the float switch area to ensure proper float switch operation.

  5. Connect Inlet Tubing: Connect the condensate drain line(s) from your HVAC unit, dehumidifier, or other appliance to one or more of the five 1" inlet ports. Use the provided silicone adapter for 3/4" PVC pipes/hoses if needed.
  6. Connect Outlet Tubing: Attach appropriate tubing (1/4" to 3/8" I.D.) to the 2/5" O.D. barbed outlet. Ensure the connection is secure and use a zip tie (included) to tighten it. The built-in check valve prevents backflow.

Instrucciones de funcionamiento

  • The pump operates automatically based on the water level in its reservoir.
  • The pump will start when the water level reaches approximately 1.63 inches.
  • The pump will stop when the water level drops to approximately 0.9 inches.
  • The high-level safety switch provides an additional layer of protection, shutting down the connected appliance if the water level exceeds a safe limit.
