1. Encendido/apagado: Press the power button on the controller to turn the heating pad on or off. The LCD screen will illuminate.
2. Ajustar el nivel de calor: Use the "+" and "-" buttons next to the temperature icon to select one of the 10 heat levels. Temperatures range from 86°F (30°C) to 158°F (70°C).
3. Establecer temporizador: Use the "+" and "-" buttons next to the timer icon to choose from 22 timer modes, ranging from 0.25 hours (15 minutes) to 2 hours (120 minutes). The heating pad will automatically shut off after the selected time.
